I've been trying to reach you between 1pm to 5pm AZ time, every 30 mins! I'm out of area and can't stop in person. If someone is taking that effort to reach you, it means they REALLY need to talk to you!!!! Front desk clerk either needs retrained, transferred or let go! Very unprofessional and unacceptable service... Thanks!

THEYRE SO RUDE!!!
I asked politely for a label to be printed but they refused. I looked it up on the website before even leaving the house to be sure they could do it. The lady literally cursed at us because I asked why they couldn't just print a label for me, even offered to pay for it. I've literally never had this problem with UPS or FedEx. I'm a small business owner and this is why I never use USPS but my delivery is to a PO Box so my hands are tied. Hopefully the other USPS is better managed & much kinder but I will NEVER return here & I will be telling my friends with online shops to avoid this store as well.

Stopped in and was greeted by one of the best and most knowledgeable postal workers ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was so nice and provided the best customer service any postal worker has ever given me. Great job USPS!

I made a shipment with them and practically the entire shipment was lost. When I filed a claim, they couldn't help me, according to the girl who works there. Terrible work, not recommended at all.

That female postal clerk that worked today, 6/20/24 @ about 2:20 pm, was very rude and loud. I just went into the post office to get boxes, and she was so rude to the man that she was attending to. I just walked right out with disgust and said, "How rude!"

I just came into the post office to drop off pre paid packages and I told the one (female, didn’t see her name) employee that I didn’t need a receipt. She responded with ok, but I continued to hang around to ensure they were all scanned because there were about 15 packages. She then proceeded to ask me “Why are you still here” in a very rude manner. I wouldn’t want to have an employee like this working anywhere!

Wish zero stars was an option. Stopped coming to this very convenient location months ago because it’s so awful. Finally came back and despite having totally different employees it’s still the absolute worst. Just going to continue to drive out of my way to go to literally any other post office in town.

I went in today and there were no flat rate shipping boxes to choose from. I asked an employee if they had the large ones in stock and he said no without checking before someone else went to look and found one immediately. Employees let me get as far as organizing all my items and writing on the box before telling me there was no tape available, even for sale. I asked the employee how I was meant to ship the box and he just shrugged and told me I couldn’t.By far the worst usps I’ve been to, considering every time I’ve been there. Staff is rude and dismissive, never offers a solution, and often makes excuses to get customers to leave. Unsure how they operate with this lack of supplies and awful customer service.
