This is a wonderful, fuss free postal service located in the hallmark store. I’m a professional artist and have mailed my pieces from this location multiple times. Never have had any issues, things go out in a timely manner, etc. people, you seriously need to read or research before slamming this place. It’s not a full fledged postal office. You can send stuff out, get boxes, and so on. It serves the purpose it needs to!

Great service and very convenient place!
Should know the rules and hours of operation,some restriction of service,need to read before you go there..of course they do not shoot a passport photos. Otherwisse that is quick and reliable USPS spot.

The post office is simply a satellite or contract postal window inside the Hallmark store.
They only offer postage and package shipping. This is not a full fledged post office with post office boxes for rent, but instead it simply serves as a drop off / collection point that regular postal workers pick mail up from and take to the real post office for further processing.
I've never telephoned anyone here so I'm not familiar with the wacky answering machine issues.
While I've been utilizing this location, I've only experienced highly professional friendly service from the dedicated staff and I am always grateful for the convenience it offers.
The mail is picked up by USPS personal at by 3:15 pm M-F and 1:45 pm on Saturday, so if you need it postmarked today it'll necessitate having it processed at the window prior to the afternoon pickup time.
Additionally there is a postal collection box directly out front if you want to mail something that doesn't require making contact with the staff inside.

Not an actual USPS facility - don’t waste your time coming here. The only thing here is a USPS drop off box, you do not have access to any USPS services.

Not a real post office, but a contract location at Hallmark. Not open during normal post office hours. Unfriendly staff. I left and went to an actual location.

They think it's funny to have a message of a man saying"hello" and "is anyone there?" when you call and no one is available. Finally you realize that it's a joke. Truly funny stuff if you're a bratty child. Not so funny if you think you're calling a professional Post Office.

Called to inquire about the process of obtaining a P.O. box… Received the same, “Hello!” from the gentleman on the other end repeatedly, even after I stated my reason for calling. After I was greeted in the exact manner as if I was listening to a broken record, I simply hung up.
Unsure if this was due to an attempt to avoid taking a call ten minutes before their scheduled closing time by an employee at this location, or a glitch in the answering service this particular office sets prior to closing, but an overall off-putting experience nonetheless!
Rather disheartening and highly disappointed in the customer service one short phone call requires, and certainly will not be contacting — let alone visiting — this particular office in the future.
