One of the employees at this USPS location was incredibly rude and openly racist. My mom went up to her and spoke to her in English, and the employee flat-out said, “The lady over there can help you in Spanish,” even though my mom was speaking perfect English and did not ask for help in Spanish.
No one in a federal position should be openly racist, and this employee needs to be fired. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No one should be treated this way at any business, especially at USPS.
I hope USPS management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss this further

If I could rate it 0 stars I would! I had no idea I had to sign for a package which is fine but I got a knock on the door and I have a 3 month old baby so I grabbed him and went to the door and as soon as I opened the door the guy was in his truck driving away and left a note that I needed to reschedule the delivery now I have to wait for my package until who knows when because I go back to work on Monday. When I called to reschedule the delivery the lady on the phone was extremely rude.

Staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Been having issues getting my mail for over a month. Changed my lock when finally fixed back to the same problem of not receiving mail. Horrible communication between management and staff. Worst post office in Tucson.

The dude on my route sucks this isn’t the first time he’s falsely claimed to ”attempted delivery” but does no good to speak with someone because it’s all automated….. i rescheduled a delivery so hopefully your shitty delivery dude ACTUALLY delivers my package tomorrow.
Of course this isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this, this mail carrier sucks end of story

I have only had great experiences here at this post office. So much good vibes that I now have went ahead and have a PO Box here now. It is safer getting my mail here than at my mail box in front of my house...
Thank you to all of the great postal workers everywhere. They are not getting a fair rating at all... anywhere.

The mail person loves to keep putting mail that doesn't match last name into my mail box it's been 5 months now that I have lived in the home. My mom lives in same zip code for 10 years and still gets other people's mail. I also love how if I have vehicle parked near mailbox but not blocking the box they pass by without taking to giving mail. Can u say over the job and lazy

Only giving one star because it's the least I can give. They are all lazy, rude, lose more mail then they deliver. The only good ones is the black lady and the Hispanic guy both the other women are disrespectful and foul. Go somewhere else. This place is where mail goes to die.

Staff is obviously upset they're there at all. Rude as hell and incompetent to boot. Lady who answered the phone was just an angry woman and no help at all

I haven’t had any problems with them yet and I’ve been using them for 3 years. Usually a long wait in line because there’s only so many employees and only so much counter space causing longer waits sometimes with a line out the door. Other than that, no issues.
