Thank Goodness Julie is there to help people. This young lady gave me 5 minutes of her time and solved my seven day overdue package dilemma. She took the time to listen to my issue and walked to the back to find my package. It was nearly getting ready to be shipped back to the UK after DHL placed the wrong zip code delivery destination. I really needed the package to get my car up and running again. I can't thank her enough. Oh and a side note, she also helped my wife out about a week and a half earlier when we informed her the general delivery box on the Air Force base wasn't receiving our mail. She got us set up with a post office box there until our house gets built. Thank you so much!!!

Went to get an envelope so I could finally mail my passport renewal and Kyle was extremely helpful and kind! Not just to me, but to everyone else in line!
I had all my stuff figured out, but he walked me through it anyway ensuring the paper work was all in order. Kyle is credit to the USPS!

April22 i sent mail return receipt to salinas california from cherrybell station. Today is may6th and i never received the proof of delivery green card in the mail. When you track it, it shows its still in transit when in fact it was delivered april29th.
Yesterday i went to cherrybell station with the receipts. The station manager unfortunately did not comprehend the english language enough to understand the situation and told me i have to contact the california postal system myself!! Seriously??
You cant ever get a live person on the phone calling any usps location. It is not my responsibility to locate mail within the usps system! I dont work there.although the station manager was nice, why do i have to try and communicate in english my language to a person that clearly did not comprehend the english language enough to help me? So i paid for return receipt. I need proof of delivery. I did not receive proof of delivery. Why does it show in tracking that its still in transit? Who is running the usps? Why is there not an english comprehending station manager? Isnt this the united states?

Another location sent us here saying when a package is returned, it goes to the main hall to be returned to the sender. They were nice enough here to tell us the truth about Silverbell shipping the package back, lying about it, & sending us here.

Never answer their phones, and customer service is bad once you get into the bank.

Man, what an experience I had here yesterday. Big shoutout to Kian for turning it around, he's the main reason I am leaving such a high review. If I could rate the passport lady by herself, I would leave a 1 star for sure.
My girlfriend and I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15am and ended up arriving on time, but didn't walk into the building until 11:17 am; big mistake I guess. We walked in and signed into the passport queue as normal and didn't think too much of it. They were helping someone before we arrived so we believed that we would be seen next. We ended up waiting for around 20-30 minutes, no big deal. Come 11:35, someone walks in for their appointment at 11:45 and was seen pretty much right away. This must be a mistake we thought, we were queued up to be next.
Right as I was walking up to ask the post office lady about it, she freaking locked the door on me so she could see the man without my interruption. I cannot begin to explain how rude and frustrating this was, but trust me, it gets worse.
I ended up going to the normal Post Office desk and asked one of their workers what was up with that. He wasn't sure what happened but assured me he'd inform them of their possible mistake. We ended up waiting until after the passport lady finished with the 11:45 appointment and finally got our opportunity to ask what happened. She rudely told us that we were late and didn't have all of our paperwork finished when arriving and they would treat us like any other walk in appointment; wut?
Turns out that they marked us late the moment it turned 11:15 and we weren't in sight. Like our bad the parking lot is kind of big and the location is new to us. Nevertheless, their claims about the paperwork came out of left field. We clearly had all our paperwork in order before arriving, it felt like they were just making up excuses to not see us.
The passport lady then proceeded to walk away and call the next person for their appointment at noon. While this all took place, I caught her giving us very rude looks and again, locked the door to prevent people entering the passport office while she was in there. Oddly enough when we were in there getting our photos taken, the door was left wide open.
Here is where the blessing in disguise came in. Kian came back from their break and called us up to the counter. We think he was some sort of manager, but let me tell you, he changed my entire mindset about this frustrating experience. He calmly assured us that he didn't know the whole story but wanted to get us helped as soon as possible. He took all of our documents and was able to get us out the door within 15 minutes. The entire time he was very respectful and very professional. At no point did we get the vibe he didn't want us there or like we were burdening him.
Like I get it, they're government workers and the job can suck, but Kian went above and beyond with the upmost customer service. Sadly I know not everyone will end up with an experience like this, I am sorry to everyone who has to interact with the other passport staff ladies. I am not sure who hurt them, but they need some therapy or something.
To those I see in this thread waiting upwards of 3 hours and then being turned away, I feel your pain, we got lucky.
TLDR: Kian is a goat and the other passport staff are extremely rude. I can attest to the hundreds of 1 star reviews in this thread.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS, SUPERVISOR SHEILA HAS NO INFROMATION WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO THEM LOOSING YOUR DOCUMENTS.
- YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE.

Used the kiosk to save time as there was only one clerk when I arrived at 9 am.
