In 10 years of shipping products I have only had one insurance claim I have had to file. This month I had to file 6 claims. The boxes are showing up beat-up, opened, and broken from this post office. One box was opened, item broke, and the piece taped on...This makes us look bad to our customers. Try explaining to a customer you didn't send them an item that was broken and taped back together in a sealed box...does not reflect well on my business.

Do not come here, staff is not helpful when issues are brought up. Worst experience at a post office.

No one answers the phone. According to a tracking number a package for me arrived at at the post office at 1030am, 4 march. today is march 8th & still no package. terrible customer service.

Worst service ever. Not informative and very rude.EDIT: new comment. I went to return an order which I have done in the past here, and they at least tape it up and send it off for me. Today, I saw them reject someone ahead of me and myself saying that we had to go tape and prepare the packages ourselves. We had to purchase the tapes provided there in order to send out the orders, which are just supposed to be free returns. Try to avoid this place as much as possible if you need to return something because it's not guaranteed it will be free o that they will be of any help. Not sure if this is a new policy, or if I got dealt a lazy worker but we go to them to prep our packages so that we know it's done correctly and they can't even do that.

horrible experience, writing this review on my 4th hour of waiting to get a passport because i need it asap and appointments keep showing up which delays my turn more and more. They have one person working behind the passport door. Not to mention every worker is extremely rude and has so much attitude. I do not recommend coming here at all.

Horrible, waited for passport for over 2 hours and there was only 1 person helping out. In those 2 hours he only helped 1 family, the appointments kept growing and I was a walk in so obviously he was going to help appointments. Wasted 2 hours and left without a passport.

Place needs better workers! If you hate your job fine but don’t work there. Shipping out a big package and lady looked annoyed, not like she was paying!

Excellent customer service, runs circles around the others, (ups/FedEx) They are only in business because they allow them to stay in business, the USPS has more planes in reserve than both ups and FedEx have combined. Monopoly bad, competition good.

I was on the phone for a hour and couldn't talk to anyone about anything at the cherrybell office. This is why I never use USPS. Customer support SUCKS ??
