Mail service was great until a few months ago when we got a new driver. He leaves All of the mailboxes open. And he puts random mail in our box at least weekly and my neighbor's box too. It's crazy, what is even going on? 85711 zip code

While waiting in line, a elderly lady with a walker was trying to get a money order, The guy behind the counter, Hector started yelling at her, telling her she don't know how to listen, when she tried to explain to him what she wanted, he yelled over her and belittled her, he then walked in the back, then another customer asked for a manager, and explained to him what had transpired, then Hector came back up front, and refused to help the elderly lady saying he can't that he was sent on break!!! Everytime I myself have delt woth Hector he's very short and comes off rude, this location needs to get more people with a sense of respect for others, and better customer service training!!

If I can give a -1,000,000 I would do that. Every time I try to call any, of the postal offices, you get the runaround for 15 minutes and the fake person voice keeps saying they don’t understand what you’re saying and you keep saying it over and over and over until you just hang up. Obviously the post office’s don’t want to take responsibility for the federal felonies that are happening at the post office boxes at 85711. Get it together you’re a government office.

Constant problems with mail man .my final straw was damage to a package because it was bent in half and shoved into my box when it should've been put in a locker available on the property or took back to post office so I could pick it up there. I had to demand they refund me for the item damaged these employees are very sloppy and do not care a hoot about people's packages years later still have issues here my item says delivered in mailbox at a certain day and time go check and it's not there

This place is incompetent, they don’t know how to do their job well. I’m going to make a report the city so that they have staff people who are incompetent

So upon being told by the new apartment complex we moved into that if we don't do so quickly it would cost us $40 to have to get our mail keys. We went in last week on a Monday the 24th of February. We were told by a man named Eric who is very mundane in how he greats and helps so called customers. That it would take about 7 to 10 business days so we'd have to come back next week. Well we did and have been checking on our keys almost everyday since Tuesday of this week March the 4th. Today the 6th of March I go in an another employee informs me that it takes 15 days for mailbox keys to be done and the person who brings them doesn't have a certain timeframe in which they are there to deliver keys. I asked if they had a phone number I could call instead of coming in so much and the girl writes down a number to which I called later on and it was a wrong number that didn't even work! Upon looking up the place on Google and trying to get a hold of someone the automated woman's voice stops at about 0:53 seconds on the phone when it says it's sending you to the so called operator who will be right with you. However at around 1:59 while listening to nothing but it ringing suddenly it goes to a beep beep beep beep beep, like there no one around and no one could be bothered to do their job at helping customers at the location instead of the insane 800 number you call that's voice and doesn't help you get to a person! So here I am tired of going into this damn place for mailbox keys to my own apartment because these so called government workers can't do simple tasks!
This proves to me I was right about how bad this place sucked over ten years ago when I had a problem with one of these government employees who could even put a key in the mailbox that was mine when I lived over here back in 2010 and had a package waiting my mom bought for me before she died and they put the key into someone elses mailbox!
Damn shame these people don't do their jobs right.

The mail carrier took a package off my porch that was addressed to my tenant, and would not return it. The package was not in the mailbox to return to the sender nor was there any markings on the package indicating that he should take it. It has been a huge hassle, waste of time and definitely questionable behavior for a mail carries to steal the package.

This location has a self-serve shipping kiosk and bin for package drop-off. It has ample parking and is conveniently located. This location is a great option if you just need to drop off prepaid packages. There is usually a line for the cashier if you arrive within 30 minutes of closing.

I have never in my life had this terrible of an experience with any business. I moved, had trouble getting into my mailbox, started getting my mail held at the post office, went in, got a new key, OK perfect, right? Not at all!!! Turns out that even though I asked for my mail to be held at the post office, the mail carrier is returning to sender most of my letters/packages. I was able to pick up TWO mail pieces, but everything else is getting returned to sender. Including extremely important government mail that is going to be a PROCESS to get resent to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve filled out all required forms needed (online and in person) but my mail is still being returned to sender. I used to have so much trust in USPS, but this has been completely awful. I’m just so upset and no one at the post office has been helpful. I can’t wait for this to be over.

Tons of negative reviews for this station, but that's honestly never been my experience. Clerks are always helpful and nice. This is the best post office in all of Tucson in my opinion.
