Terrible terrible post office. Despite numerous requests to have my mail delivered to a house I was selling they kept refusing to deliver. When my change of address was submitted at the post office they took my ID and then my mail was never delivered to my new address. I then received a notice that said that I had to go back to the post office and give proof of ID which I had already done. I then had to go to the new post office and had to resubmit the same documents. They also told me that despite confirmation from the Coronado location that my business mail would be delivered, that in fact they would not do that. It seems to me as if this post office is doing everything they can not deliver the mail. These people are grossly incompetent.

I moved into my new place and I went in to do the change of address. I understand that moving into a new place you'll sometimes get the last tenant mail(no big deal) I take that mail and go in and give them the mail and let them know they no longer live there.I have gone three times the last two months wondering why I haven't received any mail and why I keep getting the last tenant mail and not mine.And those three times I went in it's the same thing, I see them typing into their computer assuming they're fixing the problem. But I'm still receiving the last tenants mail and not mine.

I ordered an item from Amazon and they used USPS to deliver it, I keep getting lied to by these people who refuse to make sure everyone gets their stuff. It was supposed to arrive on the 16th, then I rescheduled for the 19th, then I was told it would be delivered on the 22nd and here we are on the 23rd and I have yet to receive my package. Screw USPS and the people in charge. You’re all a bunch of liars who refuse to deal with your job properly. I used to work for Amazon, your job isn’t THAT hard. One item. I’ve been waiting for it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but thanks to USPS, I won’t be able to give it until after Christmas. At this rate, way after Christmas. Wanna make customers happy? DELIVER THEIR ITEMS AND STOP LYING

Wolfgang is awesome, the guy making the keys for the boxes is pretty cool, but everybody else just seems to be absolutely miserable. And customer service is at an all-time-low. Really unfortunate because I remember years ago when I used to live in Tucson, before I came back clearly I’m back, this post office was one of my favorite places to go.Always so full of niceness and very quick service. But now? Well..

I went in December 5th for keys to the mailbox at my new apartment. I was told to return on the 15th. The keys were actually ready on the 7th, but I had to do without my new mailing address for a week and had to have important papers sent to a relative's house instead, causing me great inconvenience. Other than that, they have been fantastic.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. There's one guy in particular (Eric) who seriously lacks customer service skills.Wolfgang is great though!Plus, you have to BUY an entire roll of tape if you need something taped closed at drop off. It's NEVER been like that before. A piece of tape guys!! Really!!

They supposedly tried to deliver my package a day early and not at my mail carrier's normal time. We set up a redalivrey for 12/4. They did not deliver my package. I tried all day yesterday to find out what was happening. The 1800 number gave me that number for the Coronado office and they won't answer their phone. Multiple tries to get to someone in that office . Now today here we go agian, no update on tracking and no one willing to answer the phone. It's like they really don't care!!! I need my medical device delivered

Stopped in for stamps. While the line appeared to be long, it surprisingly moved rather quickly.I was in and out in an acceptable amount of time.Friendly professional staff with a well stocked selection of stamps available for purchase.

I have had so many issues with my mail since moving here. This post office has lost my mail multiple times. They also refuse to deliver packages to the door or even attempting to redeliver packages when the lockers were full, instead making you go to the post office to pick up the package despite having extremely limited business hours. They recently lost my contact lenses. When the company was nice enough to send another box, this USPS office also lost that box. They have delivered mail containing personal information opened. When you reach out to the post office regarding an issue, the response often includes information that is factually incorrect.(October 2023) While some improvement has been made (mail is lost less frequently), this location still frequently refuses to deliver packages to apartment dwellers and provides false reasons for failure to deliver packages to Amazon.

Half the staff are rude and provide the bare minimum necessary. The other half seem very willing to help. How this mix of personnel ever happened is beyond me. The facility is kept very clean and neat. Just know if you are tracking an inbound package don't expect it to be in you P.O. Box that day regardless if it is delivered at the crack of dawn. If you get there when the lobby is open and are lucky to enough to talk to a rep without a bad attitude they will go get it for you.

We lived in Tucson for a year and we rented a P. O Box in this location. When we moved out of State we requested mail forwarding to our new address. We are not getting anything forwarded. It's been 4 months. I don't know who dropped the ball but for me this is a very unpleasant experience and a unprofessional service. We received a letter saying that mail will be forwarded but isn't true.

Great customer service answered all my questions it's also nice that they are open on Saturday. 10 out of 10 recommend I don't understand the low ratings.

This the 3rd time someone from USPS has misplaced the key (in someone else's' mailbox) to the parcel locker in my neighborhood and now they took my package. It's not that hard to place the key in the correct box... It feels like you guys just throw mail into the other people's mailboxes and not care.

CONTINUES TO LOSE MAIL AND PACKAGES. apartment manager has been trying to get me a new key for over a month now after my keychain broke and the key got lost. They return mail to sender FREQUENTLY. I've made multiple reports with them, only for them to do nothing about it. No recourse!! I've been living here for 2 1/2 years. There's NO reason they should be saying my address is vacant or sending me other people's mail, except maybe laziness! Never in my 29 years have I had so many issues receiving mail as I have since moving in this P.O. district. Waiting on mail from the IRS for 2 months now, boyfriend's debit card never showed up either. These are just a few instances of many. Good luck calling them or getting in touch with anybody. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

Worst customer service line I have ever experienced. That was awful. 30 minutes talking to a robot and it hangs up on me.
