This store needs to check it's drivers asap. This driver, #3323474, needs to be taken off the roads immediately. They were going 60mph+ along 22nd st, passing exclusively on the right, riding behind people with only a few feet of room, and was weaving between lanes like it was gta. Keep this person off the road before they seriously hurt someone or worse. Shame on you USPS.

I recommend never using USPS if you don’t have to. The absolute worst mail service there is.

The mail man took it upon himself to stop delivering our mail because he decided that we had moved out of a house we have been in and are still in
How does one get that power ?
Get NO STARS because you can’t take away STARS
How nice is that they make you give them a Star

This is absolutely the worst Post Office I have ever had to deal with.
I ordered 24 light bulbs.
The box was marked FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE. BIG LETTERS.
The box arrived with one corner crushed in obviously the box had either fallen off a truck or been thrown and landed on a hard surface.
I have dealt with the manager here completely disrespectful to customers.
Don't even listen when delivery is turned off.
And another time I was in the post office and a very very rude postal worker came out and started yelling at people in front of me in line simply because they were standing in front of a door.
Thank God for Trump, Elon Musk, and DOGE. It's perfectly clear that private Enterprise can do a better job.
Look at FedEx and UPS. They do the job at a lower price much faster and better customer service.
Let's not even talk about the fact that the USPS has been losing millions of dollars of taxpayer money every year for the past 20 years.

As of late, my ordereds have been either sent back to the post office because they “couldn’t find where to put my package” or “this is an unknown address”.
I came in today to try to retrieve my order and waited in line for 20 minutes with two people ahead of me. I had to leave and didn’t realize that the post office closed earlier than what I thought.
Then before this I had been in and out of the post office trying to get another order because the workers here are incompetent.
I have no way of switching which post office I get my mail from and im sick of the incompetence of the workers here and the inconvenience it brings me.
I genuinely only think the only person here who is actually capable of getting things done is a male supervisor.

If I have something shipped somewhere by address don’t say it’s vacant. Leave it at the address. It’s not up to you to decide whether it’s vacant or not.

A package I ordered got re routed and I had to pick it up from the pantano usps. I also needed to do an in-person identity verification so I could change my address. I expected the process to be extremely long and tedious and wasn’t looking forward to it. The clerk who helped me, Steven, made the experience a breeze. I was in and out in no time.

If you don't like working at the post office, please do us all a favor and quit. Our community mail boxes were run over and we now have to go to the post office, over four miles away, to get our mail. I have to take time off work because they open after I'm at work and close before I get off, so I lose pay. Then I get there, spend 25 minutes in line to have a grumpy lady take my ID, slam the metal door in my face, and come back about 10 minutes later to hand my mail to me. There is also no clear signage about where the line is to form. Some with packages were standing in our line and we had to inform them that they could go inside the double doors for service. To the people who were in line with me, you were great and we had a few good laughs.
UPDATE - Now I cannot get my mail at all. They are no longer holding our mail at the post office, but putting it in our newly installed mail boxes BUT, we do not have keys to the mail boxes. So, our mail is there but we cannot access it. Wouldn't it make more sense to hold our mail until the time we can pick up keys and access our mail?! Seriously, it isn't that hard, but then we are talking about a government run operation. Can't make this stuff up.

I live with and care for my elderly mother and within the last year she has had issues with her mail. Rincon is the station for her area. It is only her financial mail ( social security statement, credit card statement, etc.) that has arrived opened or damaged to the point where someone could easily peep inside the envelopes and see compromising information. A complaint was filed earlier this year but we never got a call back only an auto email confirming our complaint. We have lived in Tucson for decades and never had this problem in years past.

Have been many times for issues with mail forwarding. Sadly staff is not train/told about changes for mail forwarding. Waiting to see if I'll have to go fourth time to get mail forwarded.

Don't even deserve the 1 star, but had to put it there to leave review. Called 14 times straight with no answer. Apt # right on box, dud not say if you're too lazy to deliver it leave at the office !!! Apt ofc workers couldn't move it, I couldn't move it. Yet they brought it in with a Dolly. Do they think everyone just happens to have one laying around. Let's see how they feel wen the ofc makes them pick it bk up. Delivered at 10:10am. At noon still no answer. Worst place ever. Last time I had to go there to return a pkg they were ignorant and made ridiculous remarks, had to go to another place. Now they were fantastic. This place makes the government look bad
