Two pumps at the end not working. There were no signs indicating out of order. I took my business across the street. Also when it rains they have a flood drainage problem at both entrance. It's been this way for years.

DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION!!! THERE IS A CARD SKIMMER ON ONE OF THE GAS PUMPS OR ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS WRITING DOWN CARD NUMBERS AND THE COMPANY REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE HAD MANY FRAUDULENT CHARGES FROM THE STORE AND THIS STORE ONLY ON DREXEL AND THEY BASICALLY SAY OH WELL.

Went in to get a fountain drink tried sweet tea it was sour ended up going with gold peak tea instead in large cup then realized there was not lids , one person working this location, got tired of waiting to ask for help with lid ended up going to medium cup, got to register to guy and he looked confused. He is overwhelmed with his job. We ended up buying a pack of cigarettes and 2 medium drinks which we were forced to buy since no large lids paid almost 15.00 when it says on sign outside drinks are 99 cents we got over charged. I'm wondering how many other people this has happened to and haven't noticed. He needs help at this location. I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

I come here because the upside app gives me cash back, but that's about it. It's pretty pricey for gas and snacks. The gas seems to last a bit longer than other gas stations.

I went in to buy some ice only. Their ice container was trashed inside. I was lucky to find a bag that was hard as a rock. It was too expensive, go someplace else.

This is by far one of the worst gas stations here in Tucson immediately there was soda spill right in front of the front door so you had to walk through it to walk in and then once inside the female attendant or cashier was beyond obnoxious and rude condescending it's like she felt so entitled that she was a cashier at this store and she needed to treat her customers like ish or maybe just myself and then she had another male individual behind the counter who didn't look like he was on the clock working so I don't know what that was about and once again this is store 4614 and if somebody in valoro management seizes please contact me because you're portal links are all down on your websites this incident happened Monday April 10th roughly about 6:20 so if at all possible go across the street to the circle k you'll get better service.

Horrible customer service, guy with a pony tail throwing a fit just because I had to get something and he couldn't be on his phone outside really unprofessional that's literally his only job 80% of the time
