Walked in with my sister scared my card told her to wait in the waiting area until I was done then was denied Entry because they said they weren't responsible for her I wasn't asking you guys to baby sit her and then was told I would have to pay for the 50 plan for the day care what a scam

The facility is large enough and has amenities for almost any kind of training. The lifting area and machines are great. Lots of different Cardio equipment and they didn’t forget the stretching. I have been in personal training with Logan for a long time and he’s the best!

Only because these people think we're made of money and their website states ONLY IN ARIZONA. That's why they deserve this rating why can't you do it like the other states ?Guests no longer allowed in your account. To add a member to your account which is $9.99. No biggie but they want a $79 enrollment fee too. ??! I'm okay for $35 me and a member but I'm not okay with 2 enrollment fees. Wish I can post a picture of their app itself showing this.Since Covid, management has not been keeping up to date on alot of things.

High traffic gym but Vasa is a large, so there's always space! Clean facility and sanitation stations are always stocked with Clorox wipes! Variety of exercise equipment to choose from! Classes available! Great gym!

they are thiefs. It's been August since I canceled my subscription, and they deign to charge me and no one responds. I have been robbed for months and no one gives you an answer, the people who have treated me have done very badly. horrible experience choosing this place

I was with VASA for nearly a year. I was originally told I would be charged to cancel if I canceled within 6 months. I was charged about $250 to cancel everything. I will never join VASA again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

If you want to go to a gym that has the worst customer support choose this one. In- gym employees and trainers not included but my god trying to settle a bill even- set aside a full day of call tag, email and text attempts.

Nice facility but there client care is absolutely GARBAGE!!!!. They offer personal trainers which i used from June to December 2023. I then relocated for work and left December 30th. So I did like anyone would do and cancel my membership. They were going to charge me 480 dollars to cancel the trainer portion because they AUTO RENEW them. Worst part is you cant get anyone on the phone to dispute this with. They have a text feature which is garbage because they will connect you to an agent only for them to tell you there is nothing they can do and then disconnect from you. At the end of things I got 1 session waived and it roughly cost me 282. dollars to cancel something I never renewed myself or even have the chance to use.
