I was here last night around 700-8pm and the customer service I received was great. I believe the employees name is Jessica that assisted my daughter and I. She was knowledgeable about everything I asked and more. All the new devices was overwhelming to me until I interacted with her. The other woman there was also very helpful but I don't believe I got her name. The store is clean and organized.

Have been trying to get in contact with the actual store for hours & each phone number I dial, leads me to Verizon customer service & absolutely NOBODY can give me a direct number. Ridiculous. I don’t have time or a vehicle to head into the store whenever I please.

Great news after typing and retyping the smart sheet address below because a hyperlink is not supported the form was deleted by another user. Wow Verizon service is somehow worse when corporate got involved.

I’m glad I made an appointment first before coming in. They were super busy! The rep who helped was really great! I think his name is Evan(?) got my sons iPhone set up right away! Offered me the wifi and an upgrade the whole spiel. Wasn’t pushy or annoying about it. I would like to come here again it’s kind of a ways from where I live but if ever in the neighborhood I’ll stop by.

I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon Wireless store at Elcon. The service was top-notch, and the representatives were both exceptionally helpful and courteous. Fortuitously, they had the Silver Apple Pro Max in stock, a device I've had my eye on. The team managed to bill it directly to my account, which was an incredible convenience, saving me the hassle of immediate payment.In terms of account management, I've been immensely satisfied with my experience at Verizon Wireless. Every need has been addressed promptly and professionally, ensuring my continued loyalty.One of the major highlights was the speed of service - I was in and out of the store in approximately 15-20 minutes. This level of efficiency is certainly commendable, and it's something that truly sets this location apart.In a nutshell, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Verizon Wireless (Elcon). I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quick, professional, and efficient mobile service.

Unsatisfactory. Agree agents hanging out like high school kids. Unprofessional/Unhelpful. Like a lot of elderly I speak a little louder due to hearing issues - so sad the staff had no maturity to deal with reality. Also kept reading billing policies to me when I explained I was being charged $100 more than quoted. Sad.

This Verizon location although it may seem small when you first enter is one of the best that I have visited there were plenty of Staff members available for all of the customers that were present needs I was picking up something from the express lockers didn't request a console or anything after picking up my purchase which was an option afforded to me online and all I had to do was stop for 2 minutes checking the paperwork before I was very kindly greeted and offered assistance the store representative was friendly attentive courteous he asked the right questions to spark the right questions in the conversation and through quid pro quo conversationally we came to a mutual agreement that I would greatly benefit from the Verizon home protect program they offer and although I had already just put in an order they happily helped me in adding that feature to my plan after fully describing the coverage and disclosing all that you needed information and then the rep I was speaking with gave the plan upgrade so to speak to a younger I'm assuming newer rep on the floor to allow him to gain the experience of the transaction of course but also the benefit of the sale I'm hoping we can as Verizon customers we literally can do almost everything we need online without anyone's assistance most definitely without having to go to the store unless we absolutely need to or want to pick something up that day on the spot so just remember that the sales agents there get forgotten sometimes LOL

I am repulsed by the lack of concern by the general manager, staff, and individuals who were unable to support a simple exchange. I believe that if you don't have a problem, then you are fine. But if you do, those in management did not demonstrate critical thinking, communication skills, or civility. It's disappointing to learn that the bar is set so low by management that their staff's poor choices and dysfunctional attitudes are being normalized. The hope, too, is that this store will not respond with an apathetic note to give them another chance (see prior responses about issues at this store: "We hope you visit us again so we can make it up to you."). We all know that supporting a customer is about accountability and recognizing when changes are needed. I called and emailed the general manager, and three weeks later -- no response. A true leadership team would want to learn what they can fix to make experiences better. Still waiting. What I observed is a lack of foundational leadership at the top. I hope that the owner of this business is okay with losing clients; that's the future of this place.
