So I called to ask about my Apple Music which I’ve been having thru you guys for about two years now since then it’s never worked I don’t understand why I called to ask about it and Luis put me on hold after I explained the situation which he said “I’m with a customer “ which thru me off guard because I'm a customer as well he still put me on hold. I waited for him to just tell me to come into the store which he could have easily told me that before putting me on hold only reason I want to fix it because I have never been able to use it on my end and like I said I’ve have it for the past 2 years and am still have something I’ve never been able to use on my phone they always say it’s active but never wanna help me fix the situation and Really deciding to go with another carrier at this point.
