My wife and I had a terrible experience. "BEWARE. This isn't a real Verizon store, just an "authorized retailer" but I believe they should have that authorization stripped because they are absolute SCAM artists and liars. They changed our family phone plan and made it more expensive with ZERO permission thinking we wouldn't notice, and later tried to lie and backtrack when we caught the mistake. We ended up having to bring the new phone we got back for a full refund because they misled us on the cost, and then they didn't even refund all our money correctly so now we have to return for THIRD time in person to collect the rest. This is such a mess, I will NEVER do business there again and I suggest everyone else stay away as well. They even said at the ACTUAL Verizon store across the street that they've gotten complaints about that specific location before and that they are shady."The name of the guy that stole our money, committed fraud, and lied still works there. His name is Levy. His manager Abraham is uneducated. Wears loose jeans and unzipped hoodie. He was Levy's accomplice.Another thing to add is Verizon hides behind the fact they are not a real Verizon. Well, you authorized them so you should police them. We are still undecided if we want to pursue legal action.12 hours of RN time.

Terrible management and staff, go to a corporate this 1 is not I'm stuck with 2 modems that is impossible to return, I was misquoted on the monthly fees got NO incentive for porting my number from T-Mobile even though the perks were advertised on TV and now I'm paying 200 a month for devices I don't use and cannot return the 30day return guarantee is non-existent wish I could leave zeros stars truly, consumers beware

Went to 3 other Verizon stores first only to discover that they're all staffed by fools. Luckily, we stumbled upon the Park Place Mall location and found Edward! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all of our questions quickly and with confidence. Thank you Edward!

I've been to this Verizon on a couple occasions. I've never enjoyed my experience here. Employees are high pressure and seem to talk down to you. I've been to other Verizon's and always feel more comfortable than at other stores.

I purchased two new phones and accessories at Victra Verizon in the Park Place Mall last week. Edward was our customer service rep. Edward went above and beyond to find the right plan and phones which suited my needs. Additionally Edward helped set the phones up, port-in numbers, find accessories, transfer data, and explained the plan. I recommend you ask for Edward. He was patient and kind.

Had to have been the worst retail experience of my life. Walked in and was told about the Two for One promotion. After 20 minutes of trying to figure which phone to get the sales guy says Oh, you will need to add an additional line for $10 a month, I've got three now and don't have a 4th device. Tells me it's no problem.I don't have to use the 4th line...but will pay for it every month. Then he checks inventory and he has no phones, 3 plus weeks to get them. I ask what other options I have. "Well you can buy two phones and we will give you $800 trade in for each". I ask when I'll get the trade in and he tells me they have to be sent back to Verizon for assessment. Could take up to 3 billing cycles to get the credit. I asked why the "Assessment" couldn't be done in the store. He says, I can can do it now let me look at your account and see what phones you have. "Oh here they are, okay, so on the one phone we can give you $100 and on the other we can give you $300". I've got near 45 minutes into this visit and he has worn me down so I say, "You know what, we can wait 3 or 4 weeks for the phones, lets just do the two for one and I'll pay for the 4th line for the rest of my life". He walks away, he's busy tapping away on his device and comes back a few minutes later and says...wait for it..."I hate to be the bearer of bad news but are no longer offering the two for one deal. It ended this morning." An hour of my life that I'll never get back. Like I said, The Worst Sales Experience In My Life! I'll never return and when I find a new carrier I'll be gone. I've been with them 25 years.Total BS!

Honestly all disappointed. I asked several times how much everything would cost but wasn't given an exact price. When it came down to it I was all confused on why I was 240$. I didn't know I was expected to pay 45$ for a cheap phone case and 40$ for a box to the charger. They never shared that information with me otherwise I would have never accepted them. I would like to get this fixed and refunded

I went in to ask about getting my own plan as I was on a family plan and Felipe did absolutely amazing. I didn’t catch the name of the other lady helping but they both were wonderful! They were super funny and overall great to get help from. 100% recommend
