The gentlemen at the store were very calm and collected while I had a panic attack trying to get into my Gmail account on my new phone and resolved it for me. I am so thankful for them helping me get into my new phone after my old phone bricked itself.

Alberto thank you so much for being an absolute life saver! I called today to add a line, and I spoke briefly about a previous bad experience I’ve had with Verizon. He assured me he takes great care of his customers. He thoroughly answered each and every question I had and broke down every cost for me to where I was able to understand it. I even pulled up the new charges I had and he explained one by one in GREAT detail. His patience and help went above and beyond and I appreciate that. Thank you so much Alberto for being such a great help! I will definitely be contacting him for any help I need in the future!

Won't go to any other store! They fixed my phone afrer I had 2 other non corporate stores messed it up and didn't fix why I went to them. Now I know which store to drive to. Jose was extremely helpful Friday, Nov 8th when I went in to inquire about switching to Verizon 5g internet. He took the time to go over the ins/outs and what he recommend. He printed off a summary of what I needed, listed all the perks/options, and the pricing impact to our current wireless bill so I could show my husband and save money by cutting the cable cord! It will be major change in how we watch our tv shows but the costs will help reduce our current wireless, internet, and cable costs. Next step will be to actually unplug and go streaming. Will make final decision this week. Thanks to Jose and this store for having knowledge Associates who care about your customers and know their stuff so they can help and make great recommendations. Love Verizon Corporate stores!

This is the worst Verizon store I've ever been 2 how do they help you they put you on the phone with customer service all I wanted to do was give them money and fixed the problem problem is I owe you money take the money I owe you turn my phone back on the guy on the phone with customer service explain what they needed to do what do they say they can't do that I'm done

We got awesome service here.
They went out of their way to understand our problems, and help us find a solution. They were very kind and patient the whole time.
They went above and beyond, we would gladly go back here again.
