No matter what I've waited, it's always been well worth the time as Sergio is professional in every way, never disrespectful or rude. I would never think twice. Should I have an issue because he is always helpful, and most of all, everything is explained well. Thank you, Verizon, for having such a great employee working here.

UPDATE: Sergio the specialist there helped us out yesterday and he was very calm and patient with us and guided us throughout the upgrade process and I really appreciate his service. Next time you stop by ask for him. He was great and we enjoyed working with him.———OLD: I made an appointment at 7pm and they checked us in but we were there for an hour and no one helped us out so we had to leave because it was getting late. Unfortunate that we had to waste our time I wouldn’t have been so upset if they at least updated me or told me they were busy they just completely ignored us

I went for the promotion to switch to Verizon and we'll give you an iPhoneThey asked me for my identification and I handed in my official passport document from Peru. I don't have social security but I have my ITIN Number (I pay taxes) but I do have a bank account and good credit and they rejected me so that they could help me fill out the application for my ID document, which was not It was valid and I asked if only his clients are all citizens and he said yes, in addition to residents or people with work permits, no more...I left without any further questions but I didn't feel a solution, just a negative.

I came in to trade-in/upgrade my phone. I will start by saying Sergio went above and beyond to help me in not just finding the right phone, but also by making sure I understood the terms and pricing. Also a quick shout out that I’m normally not one to care for having the newest phones or accessories, but the iPhone 15 definitely left a good impression!Thanks again to Sergio and everyone at Verizon for alway maintaining the best customer service and support!

Honestly, i have no complaints with this company. I live about 30 minutes out of town and my phone gets fantastic service even here, while everyone around me needs cell boosters to ensure their phones work. How great is that??Every time i got to the store, the service is impeccable. I bought an Apple watch about a year ago and they did all the setup for me. Its such a nice thing to go in and have someone knowledgeable handle all the new technological setup.We have a hotspot and again, no complaints. Super convenient.With 2 phones (unlimited data), a hotspot, and my watch we pay $180 per month. I have no complaints at all with Verizon. ?

Abe and the management are super stars. Made the mistake of going to a franchise first and not here (corporate). My phone number was lost in limbo. Abe assessed the problem and worked diligently to fix it. He was attentive, kind, and communicative while they fixed the problem. It made my day.

Lost my sale for: Apple 15 pro Max Apple Watch SE 2 iPad gen 9 Keyboard case Apple pen Verizon lost my business too!!!! Went in to ask a few simple questions. How much upgrade my phone, and what's it gonna cost. Also, wanted to look at a Apple Watch offer and a iPad... after an hour. She couldn't even get me out a quote for the phone upgrade. so frustrating!... then the manager comes over and he can't even help with 1 simple question. They can't even find a simple purchase. I bought a gift for my mom. A JBL speaker (not even a year ago) and of course they have no record of it. I asked about there call filter & why it's not working. By this point I was beyond upset. I've never been so upset where they actually know nothing!!!! please, please, please, avoid this Verizon store.

It's nice to be able to go in walk over to a machine and pay the bill. No waiting in line although their Air Conditioner works great.

When to exchange my new router because the store I got it from on Valencia and Indian Agency Road did not work. I went to the store at Spectrum and Christopher was very helpful and got me one that works. I have great service now. Thanks to Christopher.

Learn to provide the proper information to a customer. You send me to Best Buy to “fix the phone” when I’m paying $50 for insurance which has warranty coverage. Best Buy sent me to Apple Store, because they can’t issue a replacement. So now it’s a run around to get a warranty replacement?

Sergio went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Excellent communication, patience and willing to go over options multiple times with out hesitation. I've been with Verizon for around 25 years and found this location to always have outstanding customer service.
