I got the dreaded iPhone black screen. I went to this Verizon store because of the reviews. They didn’t let me down. I entered the store and Victoria greeted me and asked “Hello, how can I help you”. I told her what happened to my phone and she led me through the process of getting a new one. I have trouble walking and asked if she minded me sitting down. She was so accommodating. She brought things for me to look at and showed me where the accessories were. The plan we had was no longer in use and she walked us through in choosing a new Verizon plan. And of course to make things more complicated, since my phone number is the primary on the account, verification code to that number didn’t work. She said no problem and solved it. I could go on, but in the end I walked out with a new phone with my old number. The whole experience was wonderful and not stressful. It was Victoria who made it this way. Shoutout to Victoria!!

If you want truly exceptional service at Verizon, Jake here is your person! He truly is the best! Jake was able to bring me insight that I was not able to find at any other location in Tucson. I saw firsthand that he has people following him all over town! Im not kidding, lol. Verizon - send him a huge thanks for keeping so many customers happy! Horrible location don’t do trade in at this location they will take your phone & leave you with a $1000 phone that was supposed to be free
