I went there to find out why i had a 61 cent past due amount.And to pay my bill ..He was so comissioned driven he was worried how to sell me on verizon internet service when i didnt even come to the store for that reason..Only wanna deal with manager..Havent had no luck out of 3 different associates..Verizon sends me their stupid text messages trying to push their service and their partner companies to enroll in their service…Leave me alone!!!!

Mitchell is the absolute best. He was so patient and helpful when I needed to get a new phone. He sold me only what I needed and even checked on me afterwards to make sure I knew how to use my phone. If you need a new phone ask for Mitchell. He is professional and honest.

My wife and I only had intentions of switching our service from T-Mobile to Verizon and keep in our phones. But then we met Sam. Because of his great personality, customer service, knowledge of the products and attention to detail. We walked out with two new phones and a smile in our faces. We didn’t feel as though we were talked into anything. We now enjoy our new service and brand new phones.

I went to this store with a problem, my email had totally disappeared. Salem and Uli ( I hope I got their names correct) worked 90 minutes to fix the problem and wouldn’t take any recompense. Truly unique and superb customer service.

Michael , the new manager at Grant and Swan Store was a great help. I was having troubles whit my internet and phone for almost 2 months. He solved all the problems in less than an hour.

Mitchell helped me out and was gracious enough to take me thru the entire process step by step of turning on the phone and explaining everything for me since I'm far behind the curve when it comes to this generations tech. Brady was amazing! We experienced one of the best customer service experiences to date. Brady helped my 85 year old mother get her phone working correctly after having problems for over a week. He was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and had a great personality. He treated us like gold and had such a great attitude. The additional employee he was with was also super kind. What a great location - super clean and inviting. I can’t recommend enough!
