Poor communication about what is needed to return items- the original packaging. No posting of this nor was I ever told this until I wanted to return a phone case and another case for a tablet. Luckily I had the packaging for the tablet, accidentally. The other packaging had been tossed by the original salesperson, without asking me. I was never told I would need that to return any item.

We got screwedWas paying $300 a month. They told us they could save us money, we lost all our perks, Disney+, Apple Music, cloud and are paying $700 a month. Monstrous work getting it back to a reasonable residential plan. DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU AND SUCKER YOU INTO A BUSINESS ACCOUNT.THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I would give zero stars if I was able to. Ralph (bearded man with dark hair and glasses) has absolutely zero customer service skills. I came in to get info on returning the internet box because my return box didn’t show up. He refused to help. Said I had to call customer service. Which is who “sent me the box” the first time. Refused to call customer service for me and said he couldnt do anything to help me. Then tells me this is not a corporate store and I can go to the corporate store “it’s only 10 minutes down the road”. I have never been so upset with the lack of sympathy in my original frustration and how little he cared about helping me with my issue. I had also planned on purchasing a new iPhone and google pixel for me and my daughter but won’t be buying it from him or this store. Had there been better customer service the sale would have been his.

Jorge, the Verizon representative, was not only helpful but very knowledgeable with respect to our new phones and the tablets we were provided. He made the experience very comfortable and helped us understand the new items. He also ensured that the data from our old phones was completely and seamlessly transferred to the new phones and tablets.

This is the worst outlet for Verizon, just go to the actual Verizon store. Here you will get screwed...they apparently do not know how to do math or work their systems. We were there for 9 hours over 3 day...one day was actually 6 hours. They could not get the brand new phones to register to our account. 3 days to get new phones??? They would not even comp us anything for their inept abilities. We were there for 6 frickin hours one of the 3 days! Couldnt throw in a case or charging transformers...something?? Their staff is not knowledgeable, they are uncaring, and just seem like very young, slow moving blobs that don't want to work. We thought this would be quicker than the main store...its waaaay worse!

I called 611 and was on the phone with them since 8am-5:30pm. My phone was turned off and 7 different customers services reps could not figure out why it was not active. I talked to store rep Aracely and she fixed my situation in 5mins. She is very efficient, professional and patient. She had all the answers to all my questions.
