Very rude customer service, and don't honor trade ins. To talk down to a customer and be arguing with them is not right! One of the reasons we don't use this location, should've known better. Wont make this mistake ever again. We'll be contacting corporate. Unacceptable!!

Been here 3x and all times we were greeted in a friendly manner and received helpful and adequate service. We were also offered water during our time there. We liked dealing with Bobby so much the first time, we requested him the other 2x. He's a funny guy, friendly, honest, and very helpful. Would definitely come back and will always request him.

I've been in several Verizon stores across the country and Ashley tops them all. She did a great job of helping us choose devices and plan/add-ons. I've always gotten good service but she went above and beyond and that's saying something today.Also, I get a cell signal where other's do not. <3Thank you to Verizon and especially Ashley.

A little disappointed,today was my THIRD time coming in after buying new phones because all my data will not transfer over. After my last visit I was told everything would transfer in a day or two which it did not. Today I go in at 9:15 and I'm told by the guy standing in the front there's only 2 people there more would be in at 10 to come back basically. Not sure why he was unable to assist me with my return and transfer apparently his only job is to stand there and take names ?

Terrible customer service. The Verizon store on Houghton hires the most unintelligent and uninformed people in the world. I waited almost an hour, despite having an appointment, and was told to place my order online. I drove across the street and switched to T-mobile. I've had Verizon for 20 years and I'm done with their terrible customer service.

Rude representative….Recently disconnected my home internet service (which was fantastic, way better than Cox) due to moving out of the service area. Verizon customer service told me I had to return the equipment to a store within 30 days. When I arrived the rep (Lupe) told me she couldn’t take the equipment. I made 3 attempts to vocalize that customer service instructed me to drop it off and each time she interrupted and aggressively spoke over me saying “You need to call customer service to get a return kit” which didn’t make any sense because why would I have to call customer service to disconnect AND again to get a return kit. I had to say her “Why do you keep interrupting me?” Before she would allow me to get a single sentence out in an attempt clear up my confusion. I walked out of the store angry, frustrated, and more confused. I’m being told 2 different things by 2 Verizon employees, I’m not sure why that makes her feel like she needs to be rude to me, I’m just trying to return some equipment.I got back in my car and called customer service to find out they were supposed to send a return kit when it was disconnected but the order didn’t get processed for whatever reason.All in all a bad experience at this store. If I go back I will be avoiding Lupe, if she’s the only one working I’ll go somewhere else. I’m considering ditching Verizon for Mint after this interaction to be honest, and I’ve been with Verizon for almost 20 years. While Lupe’s information was partially correct she certainly could’ve gone about it differently… Example: “I’m sorry, you should’ve gotten a return kit in the mail, I’m not sure why you didn’t but if you call them back they’ll be able to ship you one”, it’s that easy.2/5 Stars - Wanted to do 1 Star but her information was partially correct even through it was relayed unprofessionally.

This location and employees I give 5 stars. Verizon prices though are extremely high. We switched to T-Mobile because for two phones we only pay $90 per month for unlimited data, free Netflix every month, every year. As well as free food, $5 movies, $2 off Dunkin, and much more. As well as tons of giveaways. All included in our $90 a month for 2 lines. Verizon and T-Mobile both have great service. But t- mobiles price and everything we get with it. We had to switch. But will miss the employees of this particular store. They have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

Seriously the BEST customer service! Sarah was patient and very helpful. Another girl helped my boys get their phones set up...I wish I remember her name, she was phenomenal. These ladies were heros!!

They can't help with anything. I have been trying to deal with an issue for 9 months told by at least 5 people that I have documented they were going to fix it and never did. Stay away far away.

Very poor service. We went to the Verizon store on Houghton to switch our internet service to Verizon internet. After waiting for over 45 minutes to be helped, we were informed that adding the internet and combining our plans would be wise to save money. We agreed and asked for assistance making that switch. Instead of being helped, we were given a phone number to call to do it. after calling the number, it didn't work so we had to call tech support. after spending an hour and a half on the phone, we were told we'd have to go into the store to get a SIM card. this time we scheduled an appointment. we still had to wait iver 10 minutes after arriving to be helped. When the assistant sat down she asked what the problem was and we explained. She could not find the notes in our account so she asked to see IDs. one of did not bring ID with us, so she refused to help us, even though they helped us over the phone without having to see ID. After running home and retuning with ID less than five minutes later, we sat for another 15 minutes while there were more employees in the store than customers. This is the third time in this store in which I have had to take way more time out of my day than it should take to help with basic needs.
