I happened to be shopping at Ross right next door and had never known there was a nail salon here, I check out the reviews and decided to give them a try. I do not regret my decision. Everyone was very friendly. I got a brand new full set, stiletto shaped with decals and was in and out of that chair in under 40 minutes. I'm in love with my bday set! And because it was for my bday they even gave me a free lotion as a gift. About 3 days later I ended up breaking one nail at work (the nails were on so well I bruised) I went back a few days later to get it fixed and wasn't charged, which was so sweet because it was my own fault the nail broke and I owned up to that. I highly recommend giving this salon a shot!

My daughter came in to have a full set of nails and had a bad experience. The lady cut her pretty bad and just added acrylic over the blood so you can see blood in the finished nail. She botched the nails, the design and didn’t even drill under the nails to clean the excess glue and gunk. The nails are all different lengths and my daughter wants them off after spending $75 on them. I’m not sure if the lady is their worst tech or didn’t care because my daughter is a teen and was alone. My daughter regrets getting them and didn’t feel comfortable saying anything in complaint. Her cut finger is red around the nail so now we need to watch for infection. Just an overall frustrating experience definitely not worth the money. She wouldn’t even like the nails if they were free

Had a great experience at this salon! Tommy did my manicure and did an excellent job. He was so precise and professional. The gentleman who did my pedicure also did a wonderful job, though I didn’t catch his name. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely be back.

I love this place. I’m not sure what “Liz R.” could possibly be referring to in their review. The store is always clean, the staff is always very kind and considerate, and I’ve never had anything short of a 5 star experience. By far the best foot massage and pedicure I’ve ever received and I always look forward to coming back! Thank you VIP nail team!

Please go somewhere else. I’ve never seen/experienced some of the things I experienced here. This place really had me stressed out the whole time. Honestly this place should be shut down. Worst nail place I’ve ever gone to.
