This place is a disaster. They will text you saying your meds are ready and when you go to pick up your meds, nothing is ready. They don’t care to even look into it for you. I had to call my doctor and she called Walgreens just for them to realize my meds were there the whole time. So I went back to pick up my meds and they still couldn’t find them. Turns out the tech wasn’t even entering my name in the computer to see what they had for me.

EDIT. Here we go again 3.13.24- Dr called in script on Monday, told yesterday we're "out of stock will be here tomorrow", call today, very rude young lady, "we have to order it so it'll take up to 2 days. Nevermind it's not a med you can just stop taking, no offer to help find at another location, nothing. Why does this pharmacy have to be the only one to carry it, there is ALWAYS a problem, literally every month. I moss the staff from years ago who had that place running perfectly, effectively and NICE!This pharmacy has gone downhill. Techs are horrible, especially one guy. Take forever to fill a script and close at random hours. I was told they close at 10pm, lie, called at 7pm and they were closed. I was forced to go to this one yet again. Never get my meds on time, usually a day to 1 week late. Whoever is managing this pharmacy, needs to be replaced with someone who knows how to do the job. Beyond upset, this constantly happens. Oh and forget about the alerts that they supposedly send. Nope, they haven't in I don't know how long.EDIT: Now here I am again forced to use this pharmacy since they are the only ones to have my medication. Dr called script in on Thursday, has been "in progress" since. Called yesterday evening to see why it was taking so long, maybe insurance problem that I can help with. No, the safe with meds is broken. Although she was nice, I was told that they "have to wait for a part from Phoenix and it isn't coming today. Maybe today I can get them", but why didn't I receive a call to maybe find some pharmacy in town, I'd drive across town because this is a med I can't just stop or I can have a flare up or death. Do they care, no. I'm so aggravated but what can you do when it's literally the only pharmacy on this side of town that has it! Absolutely no help to get the script transferred so I'm not in trouble, they just don't care and expect "sorry bout that" to suffice. Wish there was a no star like everyone says, they are very deserving of it.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is really problematic. Three times now I've called ahead to make sure they have a medication or product in stock before I dropped off or had my doc call in a prescription, and all three times they ended up actually not having it and leaving me in a bind. Use any other pharmacy in town.

Do better! I was waiting in the drive thru for 20min and I could see them helping the people inside as if they forgot there was a drive thru. At least tell me that you have acknowledged my presence.

I came to get medication and talked to 3 ladies at the pharmacy. One lady was sweet and tried to help, however, after her suggestion didn't work, I came back to figure out my situation and the next two ladies had horrible attitudes. They both rolled their eyes and talked over me. Worst experience I've ever had. I've ran a company and I would never of let these people stay.

I’ve always received exceptional, attentive customer service at this location. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. Dalton, who I believe is the manager was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied and happy with our service. Definitely recommend this location.

I spend quite a bit of money at this Walgreens, or at least I did until today's interaction with dalton. Frankly he seemed to relish being difficult- not a good trait in a customer service "professional."

Do not come here if you would like the right price or your cash back rewards. The marked price, the price on the app, and what rings up is never the same and never in your favor. Coupons never work properly and your won't get the cash back you earn. I have tried so many times. I drive further to a different Walgreens and save money. They are open late though and on holidays.

Usually we have no issues with picking up meds from here. The staff has always been friendly to us and are quick to answer questions. This last week has been a nightmare though. My child had antibiotics prescribed. We went in and asked when it would be ready. There was a hiccup between their system and the pediatric office system. They get the script on Saturday, and I get a text that it has been delayed. Ok, fine. I assume it will get in the next day.....because it is an antibiotic that a small child needs. Certainly they wouldn't leave a small child fighting an infection for half a week. No word on Sunday so we go in and inquire about how long the delay will be....if we can get it switched if it is going to take longer than 24 hours etc. We are promised that it would be in the next morning around 10am. I am checking every few hours if it is ready via the website and phone (where you cannot get a real person). Finally around 7pm my spouse stops in on the way home from work and gets told it can be ready in 30 minutes. They were waiting on us to inquire after it because insurance won't cover it. HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOU WERE NEEDING EXTRA RELEASE IF NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL EITHER OF US OR TEXT OR MESSAGE THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE PORTAL?? Apparently you have to stay on top of this location now if you really need the medication within a week.

Yeah no it's bad, just because of the pharmacy. Hours currently as of this week 8 am-10 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday is 9 am- 6 pm, Sunday is 10 am- 6 pm. The people not at the pharmacy are fine.

Walgreens pharmacy continues surpass the expectations on how not to treat a customers. Nobody in the pharmacy area seems to know what they're doing and no one is ever on the same page
