For the second time in a week during December in the middle of the day this location hasn’t been ready to take care of the health of its customers. Is it really so hard to anticipate the need for this critical pharmacy to stay open?? Just goes to show how far Walgreens has gone down hill. Looks like I’ll need to move my family’s scripts to a more reliable pharmacy.

One pharmacist at the River and 1st Walgreens, named Roy Anderson, is Excellent! He went above and beyond to help me get my rx corrected and filled. I’m thankful he was working yesterday.

Tonight, I went to pick up my script. Instead of closing at 9pm, they closed at 6pm. A pharmacist failed to show up for work. They should have called everyone who still had scripts waiting. Instead, I had to wait until the following day to pick it up.

The One in winter Garden on West Colonial, is always a mess. The parking lot is always full of trash, the inside is full of littered floors, and freestanding advertisements, making it difficult to go through the aisles. The lights are dim, it's hard to find the things you want. And the pharmacist staff is unfriendly. I do not recommend this Walgreens.

Has ran me out of my prescriptions the last three fills. Horrible communication and no solution. The staff is always friendly and appear to be hamstrung by a horrible system and the lack of stock.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy. I love the text notification system, and the automatic refill request (you have to set it up, but it is so worth it.) When I first started sending my prescriptions there, I got a call from a nice lady who asked me if I wanted that free service. Express pay is brilliant- so much time saved. Drive through- who WOULDN'T want a drive through? Additionally, all the people working back there have been very nice and take time to explain everything. Super happy with this location, they rock!

Usually have a good experience at this location at 1st/River. My cashier today, Jeremy was the worst. No greeting. No energy. He didn’t want to be at work today obviously. The most I got from him was my total due - that was IT! Picked a winner here Walgreens.

Worst customer service from a cashier today named Jeremy. No greeting. No salutation. He simply told me my total and that was IT. No balance rewards questions. Nothing. You picked a winner hiring this one Walgreens.

We've used this Walgreen's for 15 years, with great results. But today, my wife and I, both 70-ish, went for flu shots and got a very condescending reception from a pharmacist's assistant. Just plain rude. (Example: "Lady, I asked you a simple yes or no question!"). Wow! Tall blond with a tattoo below her right ear; can't miss her. We left and went to Urgent Care, which was great! Cold water, friendly chat, no charge! I won't ever deal with this woman if she's working at the 1st. and River store.
