The worst pharmacist dept at this Walgreen location. I called this Walgreen pharmacist, after hold music of auto phone system, someone picked up phone but intended to put me on hold without any word; after a while, they picked up and put hold again, and continued to do it the 3rd time without at least a word telling me to hold. If they’re so busy to answer phone calls, they should stop their phone line. No patience to continue to wait for such terrible long time wait experience. The pharmacist dept does not respect clients at all. Never want to come back here.

The Walgreens website now allows us to sign up more than one person at a time for vaccines, which I did two days ago. As we walked in Walgreen's door, my husband received a confirmation but I did not. The cashier, RUDELY said I could not get a vaccine -- they are not responsible for the website, which has had many problems. Her response was so disrespectful I was shocked. I was not being impolite or yelling at her. I simply wanted an explanation, which the pharmacist gave me in a more acceptable tone of voice. I understand this is a stressful time with the vaccine situation. But a customer service should be able to defuse a situation, not provoke it -- especially first thing in the morning.

The pharmacist at my Walgreens on Sunrise and Swan is rarely seen and never with a smile. The staff is mostly nice, but the atmosphere is NOT warm and friendly. My CVS closed and I am forced to use Walgreens because it is very close. I went to the Walgreens on River and Craycroft and felt appreciated walking in the door. EVERYONE including the pharmacist were very warm and friendly. I wish it were closer to me. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!

How are these guys pulling a 2.8 star average? They are a 1-star pharmacy and after going there many times, they never even accidentally have good customer service. This pharmacy has never missed an opportunity to express their disdain for their own customers.

Why post everywhere that you can walk in for a free flu shot when you actually require an appointment?

My doctor called in a prescription for me at 9am and told the pharmacist I would be using a GoodRX coupon and paying cash, not using my insurance. I called at 11:45AM to see if it was filled. They looked it up and said they didn’t have any such prescription, so I called two more pharmacies with no luck. I called the doctor and he said it was that Walgreens and gave me the name of the pharmacist he spoke to. I called Walgreens back and low and be hold they found it, but it hadn’t been entered into the system so it wasn’t ready. I said I was on my way to pick it up. They said it’ll be 20 minutes. I walk in 30 minutes later and they said it would be 20 minutes. I told them they said that 30 minutes ago. So 10 minutes later, they give me my prescription but it was only 20% of the pills I was supposed to get and they billed my insurance. I told the pharmacist to return it, fill the original prescription and I’ll pay cash. She said I would have to wait until tomorrow AND that the doctor didn’t tell her I was going to use a coupon and pay cash.
I was furious and I always have issues with prescriptions taking 6-8 hours to fill when I come here. Never again, go somewhere else.

Came in for a flu vaccine, made an appointment and have been waiting an hour after appointment time to get vaccine. Do not recommend this store for anything.

I was fortunate to get a COVID booster at this Pharmacy on Sunrise and Swan. Debbie the Pharmacists was awesome! She was fast, professional, super kind, and did an excellent job. Thanks so much, Debbie!

I have been going to this pharmacy for a year now, and although I try to get in and out... sometimes this pharmacy staff makes it very difficult! I was there on a Wednesday around 5pm. An older female pharmacist ignored by gluing her eyes to the screen, a younger tech with wildly colored hair was on the phone, so a gentleman with grey hair and glasses decided to 'finally' step over and help me. My prescription had been waiting for 7 days and I had received a phone call from \"Heather\" that it would be held for 10 days, which meant I had 3 more days to pick up. WELL! I show up the day after receiving Heather's phone call, \u0026 they had already returned my prescription. WHAT? WHY? They quoted a 30 to 40 minute wait, at which point I said please go ahead and push that through. I'll be back another time, I'm not waiting because you said you had it ready. There was a lot of resistance and pushback from the guy with glasses when I tried to tell him that Heather said I had 10 days to pick up. So why was my prescription returned? He had no answers! I gave feedback to the gentleman that if you’re going to call people and tell them they have 10 days to pick up, then make sure you honor that. My feedback fell on deaf ears, and absolutely no eye contact. When I called a few minutes after leaving, to ask for the new prescription to be delivered, I was met with yet another round of poor customer service and haste from some woman who was in the back and takes the phone messages. She didn't want to give me anybody's names because she felt it wasn't professional...whatever that means? I was purely asking for a customer service perspective so I can report them to their store manager, Karl. Final thoughts on this pharmacy is that they are not nice people and probably hate their job!! They meet you with resistance and ignorance by putting their perceptions back on you. They label you, the customer, as \"rude or nasty\" and question why you're upset when they fail to realize that their mistakes and their lack of professional execution is what causes people to get upset! Go elsewhere and give your business to more competent pharmacists and techs!

Closed early Friday evening and closed all week end! Who closes early! These are medicines that people need! How irresponsible. All the other Wallgreens have weekend hours. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD CLOSE EARLY???

I have been using this store for years. I have noticed in the last year that customer service has become lousy. You can wait in the drivethrough line for 15 or 20 minutes when there is only one other car in front of you. I will start looking for a new pharmacy. This one stinks.

The pharmacy has been closed unexpectedly several times due to staffing issues. I was told not to be concerned as I could get my re-fill at another Walgreens location. When I attempted to do so after another closure, and called another Walgreens pharmacy , I as told they may not be able to refill as my RX is a controlled RX and they may not be able to transfer that RX to their location. Due to being unreliable, and the importance of medications, I will transfer my medications to another pharmacy.

This is a really good place to get your immunization and COVID boosters. Can make an appointment easily online and there was no waiting and it was administered with skill and painless.

I've tried so hard to love this Walgreens cuz it's right across the street. So I do love the store but the pharmacy can never ever not once get mine or my kids or any prescription right. They always mess them up ROYALLY. This pharmacy is definitely the worst I've used. Easily. But the store is great everyone is so nice.
