Came in for a flu vaccine, made an appointment and have been waiting an hour after appointment time to get vaccine. Do not recommend this store for anything.

I was fortunate to get a COVID booster at this Pharmacy on Sunrise and Swan. Debbie the Pharmacists was awesome! She was fast, professional, super kind, and did an excellent job. Thanks so much, Debbie!

I have been going to this pharmacy for a year now, and although I try to get in and out... sometimes this pharmacy staff makes it very difficult! I was there on a Wednesday around 5pm. An older female pharmacist ignored by gluing her eyes to the screen, a younger tech with wildly colored hair was on the phone, so a gentleman with grey hair and glasses decided to 'finally' step over and help me. My prescription had been waiting for 7 days and I had received a phone call from \"Heather\" that it would be held for 10 days, which meant I had 3 more days to pick up. WELL! I show up the day after receiving Heather's phone call, \u0026 they had already returned my prescription. WHAT? WHY? They quoted a 30 to 40 minute wait, at which point I said please go ahead and push that through. I'll be back another time, I'm not waiting because you said you had it ready. There was a lot of resistance and pushback from the guy with glasses when I tried to tell him that Heather said I had 10 days to pick up. So why was my prescription returned? He had no answers! I gave feedback to the gentleman that if you’re going to call people and tell them they have 10 days to pick up, then make sure you honor that. My feedback fell on deaf ears, and absolutely no eye contact. When I called a few minutes after leaving, to ask for the new prescription to be delivered, I was met with yet another round of poor customer service and haste from some woman who was in the back and takes the phone messages. She didn't want to give me anybody's names because she felt it wasn't professional...whatever that means? I was purely asking for a customer service perspective so I can report them to their store manager, Karl. Final thoughts on this pharmacy is that they are not nice people and probably hate their job!! They meet you with resistance and ignorance by putting their perceptions back on you. They label you, the customer, as \"rude or nasty\" and question why you're upset when they fail to realize that their mistakes and their lack of professional execution is what causes people to get upset! Go elsewhere and give your business to more competent pharmacists and techs!

Closed early Friday evening and closed all week end! Who closes early! These are medicines that people need! How irresponsible. All the other Wallgreens have weekend hours. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD CLOSE EARLY???

I have been using this store for years. I have noticed in the last year that customer service has become lousy. You can wait in the drivethrough line for 15 or 20 minutes when there is only one other car in front of you. I will start looking for a new pharmacy. This one stinks.

The pharmacy has been closed unexpectedly several times due to staffing issues. I was told not to be concerned as I could get my re-fill at another Walgreens location. When I attempted to do so after another closure, and called another Walgreens pharmacy , I as told they may not be able to refill as my RX is a controlled RX and they may not be able to transfer that RX to their location. Due to being unreliable, and the importance of medications, I will transfer my medications to another pharmacy.

This is a really good place to get your immunization and COVID boosters. Can make an appointment easily online and there was no waiting and it was administered with skill and painless.

I've tried so hard to love this Walgreens cuz it's right across the street. So I do love the store but the pharmacy can never ever not once get mine or my kids or any prescription right. They always mess them up ROYALLY. This pharmacy is definitely the worst I've used. Easily. But the store is great everyone is so nice.

I've had nothing but positive experiences in this store: unlike CVS, it's clean, efficiently run, and the staff - especially the pharmacists - are friendly and knowledgeable.

I witnessed one of the worst acts of customer service I have ever seen. An elderly gentleman picked up a prescription his doctor ordered. Apparently the insurance had not preauthorized it yet, but the pharmacy did not tell him and charged him $125. When he got home and researched why it was so much, he returned to the pharmacy and wanted a refund. They refused since the medication had left the office. He tried talking with the manager to see what options he had. He did not raise his voice. The manager said that was the policy, turned around, and walked away. I was shocked. I would never have treated a customer like that.

Pharmacist Wesley was amazingly awesome! We are traveling back home from California, passing through on our way to Texas. My daughter had a severe sunburn and possibly a reaction to the ocean causing her face to blister and swell. Wesley was so helpful in helping me select some OTC ointments until we could get in contact with our family physician. His compassion and concern was sincere and very much appreciated.

The customer service in the pharmacy is bad. Was notified by a voicemail from Walgreens that my meds had been recalled. Called this pharmacy and was met with dismissive attitude. Was told it wasn't recalled even tho I stated I'd just been contacted by Walgreens, let's argue about it! I looked it up on my phone & it was recalled 4/29/21. Went into pharmacy and again was met with dismissive snarky attitude by the young customer service/pharmacy tech people. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and again with snarkiest was told the pharmacist was busy. I said I'd wait. Then when no one came up I asked someone else if I could speak to the pharmacist. Was told they were looking it up, the recall. Ultimately I got a new refill from a lot that hadn't been recalled. But what if I hadn't been persistent and just gone with the young man on phone saying it had not been recalled? And what if that would have been a really important Med like a heart Med? That's dangerous. FYI the pharmacist was snarky as well. This was after I gave her not glowing feedback of treatment by people before I got to her. She was nicer after processing my refill having a chance to think about it I suppose.

The pharmacy should answer the phone. Being on hold over 20 minutes is ridiculous esp when calling on a error they made. Dont try & talk to a store manager useless . I wish my drug plan didnt make me go there. After the 3rd call this time speaking to a staff member who was extremely rude I asked for the name of General Manager & she refused to give it to me. I wasted close to a hour trying to deal with this & am not happy with Walgreens. I will get my prescriptions there because I have to but I will do the rest of my shopping at CVS

Annette who works in the pharmacy is rude and not at all helpful. Cvs has now got a new customer. Hey Annette I was a long time customer, and a human being trying to do things right, but you wanted to tell me how d*** I was - next time you call a person, lower your voice, don’t attempt sound like either an insurance company or a drill Sargent. You were rude.
