I've had the pleasure to visit the Walgreens pharmacy at 4700 East Broadway Blvd today. I have been shopping at that store and also satisfying my prescription medication needs for a while now. I am continually amazed by the superior customer service that I receive there. Today when I visited the pharmacy I was helped by the pharmacy technician supervisor Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful. She assisted me with not only the medication I was there to pick up but also with some other product that I needed for post surgery. She also helped me with a technical issue that I was having loading my form of payment into their system so that I could pay for my medication to be delivered. As compensation she gave me a rain check for a future delivery at no charge. Overall I was extremely pleased by the feeling she left me with which was one of compassion and satisfaction for my visit there today. As I finished with the pharmacy I realized that I had about a half hour to wait for Sun Van to come pick me up and take me home. The manager Nick offered me a comfortable chair to sit in by the front entrance so I could keep an eye out for my ride. Nick is probably the nicest person that works in that store, and I am continually impressed with how clean and organized that store looks every time I walk in. Nick is not only a nice guy but he's a hard worker because every time I walk into that store I see him hard at work stocking shelves and doing other specific duties the same as his personnel would be doing. He's definitely a Hands-On manager. I will continue to shop at that particular Walgreens for as long as I live in Tucson

Decently friendly staff but fairly bare shelves and that most freezer food was locked... Apparently a high theft item??

good lord, can your cashiers at least know how to do math? I just purchased a product for $10.59 that was with tax. I handed her $11 but the storm knocked out the electricity and she just stared at her open drawer? Seriously she literally could not figure out what my change was. I ended up walking out because there was such a line. It's ridiculous. Horrible service at this location always when I go in there.

Why the system registrations for there products is not showing, I bought supplies in this store when I pay the system registration that supposedly take some discounts be included it didn't and I end up using my points since I don't want to explain to the cashier the issues cause I already explained to the staff unfortunately their staff are not knowledgeable about coupons, promotions, system in store discount. So frustrating when you want to avail the discount and end up not getting any discount waste of my time, efforts and I find it so aggravating! If you want customer to avail your promotion Wallgreen get your act together and train your staff well !!

The manager at this store refused to print out a paper receipt for my on line order because he didn't know how and didn't want to be bothered to find out how do to it. He was very rude. I don't have a printer and now I'm going to need to go out of my way to find one to print out the reciept so that I can be reimbursed.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I had a great experience at Walgreens yesterday. I was delighted to actually find a store clerk that knew of every product and where to find it. So rare. His attitude was upbeat friendly and I so appreciated him pointing me directly to what I needed. He said his name would be on the bottom of the receipt and asked if I would fill out the survey. I really wanted to but couldn't find his name anywhere on the receipt and can't say it anyway. I can tell you he was on duty at the register Thursday August 12th in the afternoon. Thank you Walgreens for hiring the right kind of people. PS the pharmacy has a great staff also.

Wow. Well over the years there's good and bad to any place. These guys are the same. The pharmacy techs are mostly annoying and unprofessional, although not all of them fall into this category. The best person here is Bennett-- he's GREAT! He's absolutely wonderful-- too bad the other techs and pharmacists aren't more like him. The photo dept is very hit or miss. Daniel seriously needs to be sent to the back away from customers. He has terrible customer service and doesn't care at all about how he treats the customers that are there. Seriously-- what a j**** Overall a hit or miss when you go in here for anything important or for anything more than a quick stop in.
