Besides having made appointments they were 20 minutes late and technician made us wait until my husband's COVID results were completed before giving me a COVID test. Should have done then at the same time to save time. I guess they can only do one thing at a time.

Pharmacy is supposed to be open until 8pm. I was in line in the drive thru when I pulled up to the window at 7:59p and the Pharmacy Tech walked away and came back right at 8p to tell me they were closed. I explained I had been in line for 15mins and it was 8p. She stated "the computers are already shut down."This Walgreens has been doing a very poor job in the pharmacy since Covid began. Sometimes they don't even have staff when the pharmacy is supposed to be open. I should have switched to CVS years ago.

They keep screwing up my prescription and they cannot fill it even when given two weeks to do so. This place absolutely sucks.

called for over an hour to the pharmacy just for the workers to keep answering the phone and placing me right on hold every couple minutes without saying anything …. annoying smh

Just trashed my workday thinking i could quickly get in and out for a vaccination. Scheduled it at 12:45, did all the paperwork online. Got here, stood in line for 15 minutes, asked to fill out said paperwork again, and still waiting an hour later for my vaccination.

Pharmacy staff is prompt and kind. They are busy, but I imagine that's how most are. They do a good job.

Got a message saying my rx was ready, left work to pick up and there's a sign up saying no pharmacist on site . Waste of time and over priced always. Had my provider switch my rx to frys instead . Thanks for wasting my time.

I went there to pick up a refill that I requested online, which is something I never failed to do. When I get there they told me they didn’t see my refill request. I showed them my confirmation email, and they checked things on their computer for 10 minutes and told me they just couldn’t find the request. Then I said I wanted to request a refill now, and people told me they cannot even see my prescription. Then people disappeared for 10 minutes and banging on their computer for a while and told me they can see my prescription now. After another 5 minutes wait, they handed me my medicine and charged me seven times more than what other pharmacies charged me for this medicine. They said my insurance doesn’t cover the medicine anymore even though it was indeed covered 30 days ago when I picked it up somewhere else!

The lady Jen was working register got me so upset I had a panic attack I was making return with receipt and she would not honor the value of return she told me I had to go to the store I purchased items at and refused to finish helping me made me wait for her manager. That is the first time I've ever been treated with such disrespect at any Walgreens. I got really upset. If you need any help don't waste your breath, go to a different Walgreens, it's not worth the headache.

My son has a double ear infection and is extremely sick, with fever, chills, congestion, headache, and stomachache. The Pharmacy informed me that there was a shortage of this ear infection medicine and that I needed to drive/call around to other Walgreens and/or pharmacies to find it. I asked if there was a way they could assist me by looking it up in the system and their answer was simply "No." Being that there are no more 24 hour pharmacies in Tucson, I quickly sped to the nearest one in hopes to find my son his medicine before closing time of 9 pm. The next Walgreens informs me that this location did have it in stock and there is a way to locate it at other Pharmacy locations. I am so upset and appalled with this Walgreens Pharmacy!!! I have a sick child under the age of 7 that they could of attended too but chose to be lazy, inconsiderate, and downright cruel. How many sick people have they done this too?! I will also be filing a complaint with BBB for this treatment of unprofessionalism and extremely poor customer service. Pharmacies have a duty to assist people in need of their medication and this Pharmacy chose to ignore a child in pain and suffering. With most pharmacies closing now at 6 pm and most even closed on weekends, I cannot stress enough the lack of empathy of this Pharmacy. It is pathetic.

They say they open at 7am on Saturdays, in reality they open whenever they want. I waited till 8:20 and they still hadn’t opened the door. Major establishment, ran by incompetent people.

Was on line 45min. waiting to talk to a pharmacist and was disconnected! Customer service is terrible. Jacobo is the worst manager ever. I never write reviews but this store is so bad , I felt the need to express this . I have been coming to this walgreens since they were located on St. Marys. 40 years now.

Went on line yesterday & scheduled an 11:45 appointment for two vaccines for today, including completing the online registration. I arrived at 11:35. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Finally told to come up to the window. No greeting, no smile, the girl at the register had the personality of a potato! I was told to complete paperwork for two pieces of paper; there was only one paper on the clipboard. I completed that one & returned it to the counter as instructed & sat in waiting area. Then a guy came out & said I needed to complete another form, which I did. Then the pharmacy manager came out & said they needed my signature on the back (neither the first girl or guy told me to turn the pages over & sign on the back!). By the time I sat down & actually got my shots it was 12:10! Completely unacceptable!! Walgreens, this is exactly why I quit using this pharmacy years ago!! Worst customer service ever!! From now on, I will drive the extra miles to do business with CVS.

Waited 20 minutes for them to open, 9:07 comes around still nobody at the drive thru window. Window has a sign that there was no pharmacist on duty. So much for convenience, I get out to go inside and of course they were open just hadn't taken down the sign. They are always so unfriendly and very unorganized, there's prescriptions all over the place. It takes usually over 5 minutes just to find it.

I'm officially switching my pharmacy--every time I come to pick up a prescription, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes. This is in the drive through, in the store, at all different times of day. There's usually only a line or 1 or 2 people in front of me, but for some reason they are SUPER slow. Really frustrating.
