The young guy who has a long and curly hair-- he is a pharmacy assistant--- was so helpful to clients. He worked on Sep 1 afternoon shift. He has the friendliest smile and he offered to help even they seemed busy at that time!

Actively avoid this pharmacy - everyone that works here has SERIOUS attitude. I've never experienced such nasty customer service.

Poor customer service. Simply not willing to help. The guy kept saying he might have other things to do when there was literally just me and other 2 customers in the store.

Wish I didn't even have to rate one star. Just went in to get a Shingles vaccination and had called prior to see if I needed an appointment, and was told no appointment necessary. Waited far too long for the one window labeled 'Drop offs and Pick ups', so I went over to the vacant window labeled 'Consultations' and proceeded to wait several minutes for one of the three people working with the pharmacist to 'consult' with me.\\nA young women finally came over and 'said can I help you? I said where do I go to get a Shingles vaccine? She responded 'there's a line there' at where I had just been, and she quickly turned and walked away. I do not take being rudely condescended to well. VERY unprofessional, and I believe would be better suited with a job that doesn't require interaction with the public. I don't believe she would have liked being treated disrespectfully as she was to me.\\nWill NEVER use this pharmacy again. Worth traveling further to be treated kindly!

Made an appointment online for a Covid booster but when I got there a sign on the door said the pharmacy was closed. The cashier confirmed no one was there for vaccinations. Another person was also there for an appointment he'd made online. WTF? Do better, Walgreens. I won't go to this store again and I wouldn't go to another Walgreens, but at the moment CVS doesn't have the bivalent Moderna.

They took my prescription and literally closed down and ran. Apparently this pharmacy just ceased to exist. It suddenly closed and the phone stopped working with absolutely no warning or explanation.

This pharmacy has terrible customer service. Today I waited 10 minutes to pick up a RX as they waited on another customer who was taking forever. This in itself is not a problem but when I got up there they said I had to come back as they were closing for lunch. I was there well before and my phone said 1:28 (they close from 1:30 to 2). No one was behind me and I was there plenty early. Not my fault they took so long on the customer before me. They should have quick helped me. This is not the first time they have given bad service at the pharmacy. Go somewhere else not here.

Went there with an appointment for Covid booster. Had to wait in line past my appointment time, then it took almost a half hour to check in while they re-did the form I already filled in. Then had to wait 25 min for the pharmacist to actually give the shot. What should have been 15 min took an hour and a half......Don't go here!!

Security was none existent. Place was almost robbed today. Customers were shouting "call 911" as I was in the back of the store at the pharmacy. There were no safe exits accessible from the back of the store. Store workers quickly disappeared into locked offices and left the customers to fend for themselves. Would be nice if they had a security guard on staff...after the crack head hurdled through the pharmacy window I was able to corner him. Kind of expected some help from the staff but they were nowhere to be seen. Customers were asking staff to lock down the store, but the staff wouldn't do it without managers Approval....that never happened. Vagrants congregating in the parking lot too. Oh well, I'll be back because I need to pick up some passport pictures.

An elderly lady was in your store to buy 4 cans of food as her weekly food. She was told she could only buy two. A nice lady behind her said she would buy them for her but she was told by a manager she could not. This is a very sad story

this location has a very rude n inhumane customer service by their manager...as I seen with my eyes denying 2 additional can food to an elderly women for her 1wk meal...plus did not allow another customer to buy them for her....shame on tha limited buy rule...was not for sale just for her own consumption..and safety not to go elsewhere were is crowded...shame on Walgreens
