Unfortunately I have leave a star to post this.I've come here a handful of times to leave a review but I truly don't like leaving negative reviews, if I don't like you, I just wont say anything. I have had numerous issues with THIS LOCATION.... Like I said, I've wanted to write many times but haven't. Unfortunately my family prefers this one because it's close to home. Last time I dropped off a prescription (antibiotics & pain medication in March) they told me an hour. This was 11AM. I came back in an hour, still not done, they tell me it will be ready after they come back from lunch @ 2:30..so I left again... got caught up with life, went back almost 7:30PM (been ALL DAY now) The man told me to hang on, he'll get it.... I stood there literally thinking he was getting it and would be right back.... A lady came to my window a few minutes later and said 'you can go sit down'.... ANOTHER 45 minutes my prescription was finally ready.... REALLY?! So y'all didn't even START working on it till I showed up at 7:30PM. I actually 'let that go' - until I decided to write 'this' review.POINT IS: They are not in any hurry to get your stuff together. FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION!TODAY- September 30 @ 2:45PM I'm standing in line to pick up a prescription. A little old man walked up to a closed window and asked the lady how much longer the wait would be - & it became a little back & fourth bicker. He went back to sit down...10 ish minutes later COLLEEN (she said her name LOUD AND CLEAR) came out, literally barking at this couple. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. Asked what time their appointment was- they said 2:15, COLLEEN asked what was the problem, rudely! Well Colleen, it's now 2:45 and no one has said anything to these folks that have just been waiting. Yes, 30 minutes aint a big deal to YOU COLLEEN, but to some folks it's a long time. If they had an APPOINTMENT & you knew what you were providing them, why didn't you have their SIX SHOTS (that you loudly announced to everyone in the lobby) READY at 2:15? Or you can KINDLY SAY, "it will take me 30 minutes to prepare" with a little smile... so they know it's 30 minutes instead of them thinking you forgot about them.See, you wanted this job. Yes, it's tough, you're constantly busy, getting yelled at, trying to figure things out, giving shots, theft, etc... but you also work with the public & you are also going to have to deal with people. You have a crappy attitude!At my employment, I have to be kind to everyone, no matter how irritating the little old folks may be. My son DIED & I still had to go to work and put on a positive attitude no matter what... if not, I would be fired.They won't fire you, pharmacist are a rare breed, OBVIOUSLY since y'all NEED MORE pharmacists back there.... so Walgreens will keep you around. Hopefully Walgreens will see this and train you to be kind and not yell at elderly in a lobby cause you're having a bad day .... I'm really afraid of what you said/did to them in the private room. Just sad.

Terrible wait times at the pharmacy. Did not fill all of the required meds and had to come back later..only to wait in the drive through for another half hour with no movement. Finally gave up and tried the next day.

Getting to big for their britches? I am beyond frustrated. My spouse has several health issues which require quick dosing with medications. This remote fill process is hampering his health. When meds are prescribed, they are needed, now. Heaven forbid the Rx is sent on a Friday, it will be late Monday before it is filled, which is not good for people with chronic issues. Also, the online system fill dates is rarely, ever accurate. I've gotten numerous messages Rxs are ready only to be told when I arrive they have not come in yet and our closest location is a roundtrip of 25 miles. When does the patient needs become more important than the bottom line? Maybe filling them quicker, locally might just possibly save customer service time (standing in line, long waits on the telephone, multiple phone calls to confirm the automated messages are accurate, etc.). Most new RXs or refill requests currently takes 2-3 calls and possibly 2 or more round trips, which is unacceptable. What has happened to the Gold Standard of Pharmacies?

The lady manager doesn't know there product promotions, rebate, manufacturers discounts. She argue that she's been in the company for 20 years but I find it useless and futile since she don't know anything about Wallgreens promotions, rebate and etc. That why we bought items in wallgreen because we want to take the promotions but she just killed and humiliate us by saying and making up story for her convenience to justify her sub level understanding of wallgreen products and promotions. How they became manager if you don't even know the current promotions and products events. This store price tag is hit and missed if your unlucky no price tag on the shelves. So what are they doing in the store they can't place correct tags all the items, they are not a busy store but it's not acceptable for a store items are left no price tag.

Picking up prescriptions?? Set aside at least an hour (even for the "not so busy times." After waiting for 10 min in the drive through sitting in the actual pick up spot), there was zero acknowledgement. When I pressed the call button, someone picked up and hung up). How about, "hi, we are super busy inside, it will be a few minutes."? So I went inside. Waiting for an extended amount of time bc there was one tech. That tech was beyond rude. Zero smiles and super short answers. Mind you, it's still morning. James, something in that pharmacy is bound to make you even a slight bit more pleasant. After getting the prescriptions, we were all told to wait for the pharmacist, regardless of taking them monthly. 10 more minutes bc he was on the phone. He, however, was very pleasant. Why two stars instead of 1. Well, they have better hours than CVS a half mile down the way. Then purchasing something from the main register - well two cashiers would rather talk to each other than ring up orders. It takes a while for anything in this store.

Often don't have meds I need, or enough of what I need. Makes things difficult, especially since I'm not really able to go in due to disabilities. Have to get what I need/want thru pharmacy drive-thru, if possible.

The reviews about the pharmacy are true… it’s awful. The worst one I’ve ever been to. Just unbelievably slow and disorganized.

This pharmacy is always incredibly behind. They take over a week to fill regular prescriptions, are absolutely useless at shipping prescriptions, and the staff is uncaring and incompetent. I recieved a phone call warning me that my medication was going to be reshelved because the employees here FORGOT to ship my medication, and then told me it would be 4 more days before they could even attempt to ship my meds. Just avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I was here from out of state trying to get my daughters seizure medicine filled. They were very helpful on the phone and once the MD sent over the script, they filled it within 20 minutes. When we went to pick it up, there was no wait and the pharmacy tech was very helpful and nice.

This must be a training store. Wait time... always busy in store and Drive thru.Never see the same person twice.Its the closet to me but it's always a hassle.Wish they were staffed or had training on certain days. A number of my neighbors including myself will look for another location. Too bad.
