Drive up pharmacy is a joke, super long lines and only one service window. In all the times I have been there, only had one person who was pleasant. They always appear to be impatient and short when questions asked. Time to go to online refills now!

Staff busy with personal stuff, not attentive to customers. One might as well be a piece of furniture. Didn't seen busy at all but had to wait 20 minutes.Could not use the restrooms because they were under construction. Told to go next door, but next door was closed. Could not use employees restroom because of "insurance" --????? No concern whatever for an 80 year old who had to go now.

If I could rate 0, I would. The pharmacy department is a joke. Highly disappointed and disgusted with how customers are treated here

Typically, I've enjoyed extremely positive experiences at Walgreens, yet this one was so inferior to what a professional interaction is supposed to be like and represent that the experience destroyed my trust in this establishment. I will not be returning to Walgreen's! Ever!!! If you enjoy being talked down to, with elevated, hostile voices and actions, and "told" to "sit down" by so-called "professional" pharmacists, this is definitely THE place to visit for unprofessional, verbal and physical treatment that borderlines inappropriately HOSTILE and demeaning!!! Both Doreen AND her manager are poor examples of "professionals" and lack knowledge or display of "customer care." In fact, if you need a visual representation of what unprofessional, rude, hostile and poor representation of what corporate image appears like, then you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit! Walgreen's just LOST my business...permanently!

Not one of my usual haunts, went to Walgreens with a gift card on Valencia in Midvale Park when they opened this morning at 7:00 A.M. There is no dedicated hour for the immunocompromised to shop at this store. A woman was wearing her mask below her chin. Management stated a mask wasn't necessary and that it is okay as long as not near her. That's NOT the way any of this works. It is DISTURBING and CRIMINAL that an establishment that sells medicine and medical supplies has no health and safety training during this lethal pandemic. Walgreens won't accept Walgreens gift cards for purchases on their online Walgreens website, further demonstrating their lack of interest in reducing transmission of COVID-19 by social distancing. You and their unwitting employees literally take life in your own hands when entering this Walgreens. One star to the kind employees.

Unsure of why Walgreen is even open in Tucson anymore. Majority of the pharmacies are no longer 24hr/day. The pharmacist would not take my insurance information over the phone which I initially called to save time and make sure they would accept my information. After 15 min of trial and error, time wasted as he could not see if Walgreens accepted my Platinum Cigna insurance plan.

Rude employees. We were looking for a specific item and had been to several stores. We asked this location to look up who has one in stock. Not only did it take several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, but then the employee questioned us extensively about where we'd been. Then she told us they never carried the item (which I know in the past they had). Then she looked the item up on her phone and told us it's only available online. She cut me off repeatedly during explaining and basic had a rude demeanor ... We stepped out. Made two calls and found the item we were looking for at another store, not far away.

This is one of the slowest Walgreens I have ever been in. They never have any people working there and takes forever to get out of there. There are so many Walgreens around WHY would you ever go to this one!!@

Had to come 4 times for a prescription. Then after waiting over 40 minutes (not including wait time) .... I was told the delay was an insurance issue... I was kept waiting some more and then told finally that one of my prescriptions was not in stock. And I now have to go to another Walgreens to pick up the other medication. Why not just tell me 40 minutes earlier? They looked overworked, but since this started yesterday I think that they dropped the ball on this and I leave unhappy and dissatisfied.
