HOW HARD CAN IT BE? I had a shopping list of 5 items. THREE (3) were "Out Of Stock"! Basic items, all allegedly sold by this store! Don't they have these practices called "Placing Orders", "Receiving Shipments", & "Stocking Shelves"? Isn't meeting the needs of your customers a matter of basic competence?

I’m extremely disappointed with this store. They had little to nothing on their shelves and upon talking with management at the store they told me that because of security and constant theft, they have not been able to keep any product. Regional managers of the store need to consider getting a security guard to keep people from stealing. It was absolutely horrible. I actually thought the store was closing until I asked a Member of the staff.

Whoever answered my call in the pharmacy needs to learn some manners. Cut me off mid-sentence and was short and rude with me the entire call.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in Tucson. I was second in line at the drive thru and waited for over 30 minutes. The poor lady in from of me was at the window for almost that much time. When I complained, Jayden unapologetically said I should have come inside. What, do inside customers get priority? On top of that, they take a lunch break every day and shut down, and it's not uncommon that they're simply not open at all. When that happens, the sign directs you to another Walgreens. How is that supposed to help picking up a script. This place sucks! I'm moving to Target or Safeway.

Pharmacy rep Shawn was very helpful with getting my prescription filled. I have had run around for almost a month getting my prescription, until Shawn took time to figure out what was a problem.
I believe, that employee like Shawn should be appreciated and rewarded.

The photo department is a joke their computer literally crashed when I was there and they tried to give a super overexposed photo and when I pointed it out they couldn’t do anything because the computer was broken. They also have homeless people who hang around both outside and INSIDE the store.

Takes online orders changed all curbside to pickup at photo counter, cancels picking online orders after 7pm, smells like vinegar and feet, worst store in town

Endless phone wait-then it hangs up on me. I don’t have confidence in this particular Walgreens.

Just like every other review on here, they don’t answer calls. They pick up after 3 minutes and without saying a word they put you back on hold. It’s a cycle. Say on hold for 35 minutes. Unbelievable!
I then called the pharmacy back and confirmed with the automated phone service that the location has my prescription. I go in and they say they haven’t received it. I explain that their pharmacy’s automated phone service says they do have it. I was told that sometimes their system doesn’t receive a prescription for several hours after their automated service receives it. I don’t understand how that’s possible. How is their automated system telling patients that the prescription is ready but they claim they don’t even have it yet.
