If you are like me and you dread going to Walgreens because of past experiences- don’t hesitate to go to this store at 3910 E 22nd in Tucson. Past experiences at Walgreens have always frustrated me because I could never find anyone to assist with what I needed. Well Kayshi at this location completely changed my mind today. So friendly and helpful and patient with helping me with my online photo order. Thanks so much for making my day beautiful! I will return.

I appreciated that the young man at the pharmacy went the extra mile to help me. The associate at the front check out did the same.

Terrible prices, terrible selections, and it is LOUD. My neighbors and I have taken to calling this place the “Screaming Greenie” because they will not stop blasting Dracula music. Does this serve a purpose other than to annoy the entire area? Apparently it’s meant to dissuade homeless folks from the store by creating the same audio levels as a block party but guess what? Folks are still there. This is a useless strategy drummed up by corporate leaders who live far away from here with no regard for anyone’s well being except their bottom dollar.
I am so excited for this place to close down.

Do not use Walgreens as your pharmacy. Rude and horrible customer service and I have gone to them since I was a child. Got to drive through before 6, car in front of us and she puts a sign in front of window and tells me husband they are closed. She knew we were in line and this point it was 6:02. Really, this is the second time they are rude and refuse service. Moved my prescription to another place. No wonder they are losing money and closing stores

Had an exceptional experience at store #05892, 3910 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ 85711 ON 5/28/2024. Kayshie greeted my wife & I from the register area as we walk through the door. We went to the photo area and pressed the help button to assist us with scanning and printing a couple of photos. Kayshie provided us with well understood instructions and checked on our progress at different times. She also patiently assisted when necessary. She was very helpful. She even recommended a coupon we could use. We are very appreciative for her help. Walgreens has an exceptional employee in Kayshie. I highly recommend that Kayshie be recognize for our outstanding experience. Thank You.
In response to another review about the homeless problem; It appears the loud uninviting music played outside of the building is actively preventing the homeless from hanging out.

Makes absolutely NO sense that this Walgreens opens at 8 while other open earlier.

While the store is nice and is almost always well stocked, the homeless hanging outside and in the parking lot make it feel unsafe to park your car and walk inside. I tried to go yesterday and saw a few homeless people looking like they were using the bathroom in the parking lot :(
