I’ve been a loyal customer for years, despite being a loyal customer and an ex employer, I was looking for makeup and one of the mangers spied on me as if I was stealing. I come here daily to this Walgreens to shop for essential, and recently I’ve been feeling like they see me as a criminal even though I am not one. I feel unwelcome due to the managers inappropriate spying behavior.

The lack of wheel check accessibility in this store is abhorrent!
There was only one Wheelchair in the whole entire store that was available on a weekday!
Is my business not important?

I thought it was a decent Walgreens everything was super clean and well stocked. We at least found everything we needed. But I will stay they need help with staffing there was only one person amd a huge line. They need help and it's not fair to the employees or the customers.

Daniel is an excellent pharmacy tech and honestly it’s really in n’ out here. The store itself can be problematic, but not the pharmacy. Wish there was better reviews, because it really doesn’t reflect how good this place is.

I was honestly depressed today, feeling down when an employee (Andrew) showed a level of kindness that restored my faith in humanity. Tell the manager to buy this guy lunch, because he's literally an absolute treasure; a diamond in the ruff. Thanks again, from the human with the chocolate milk.

Clean environment, usually well stocked with the usual, most in-demand products. Only negative that is consistent with this location is the negative and condescending attitudes that 2 pharmacy techs. These two, (I don't need to name them), aren't easy to forget. They don't seem to ever have a good day, and they act accordingly. The remainder of this crew are pleasant and professional.

Black lady that works in pharmacy is the worst person i've ever had to deal with at a pharmacy. She disrespectful, gets an attitude even if you can't understand what she is saying. Straight up just horrible at her job.

good lord, can your cashiers at least know how to do math? I just purchased a product for $10.59 that was with tax. I handed her $11 but the storm knocked out the electricity and she just stared at her open drawer? Seriously she literally could not figure out what my change was. I ended up walking out because there was such a line. It's ridiculous. Horrible service at this location always when I go in there.

really rude photo person & manager that is not helpful. made my family feel inferior when all they were doing was purchasing photos?? i wouldn't recommend this place just because the employees are rude and the manager won't do anything to make it right. hopefully these employees reach a happiness within themselves to make the environment more welcoming.

Vagrants panhandling in intimidating paying customers out front under signs stating no loitering or trespassing. It's been illegal to panhandle since 2016 in the City of Tucson in the county of Pima but there's one on all four mediums in front of the store. Maybe if management was more responsive and pressured the city they would actually enforce the laws rather than discriminate picking and choosing their priorities. No more Walgreens for me n our peer group as I've put this on my website and all social media platforms to avoid this company permanently

Why the system registrations for there products is not showing, I bought supplies in this store when I pay the system registration that supposedly take some discounts be included it didn't and I end up using my points since I don't want to explain to the cashier the issues cause I already explained to the staff unfortunately their staff are not knowledgeable about coupons, promotions, system in store discount. So frustrating when you want to avail the discount and end up not getting any discount waste of my time, efforts and I find it so aggravating! If you want customer to avail your promotion Wallgreen get your act together and train your staff well !!

The store was clean but unfortunately I was not there to shop. This pharmacy is so disorganized, it’s unsettling. Making an appointment with them is useless, as they will help people on a first come, first serve basis. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:30 appointment. After waiting 40 minutes, they started attending to the people whose appointments were scheduled after mine, completely skipping my appointment. I left.
