The pharmacy takes FOREVER to refill prescriptions you send them. Days and days I've been waiting for 4 simple Rxs. They are very slow at the pharmacy.

So it sounds to me like the pharmacy here is not so great. However, I have been coming here for a few years now I do mostly online pickup orders just because I usually come in the morning after I get off work and I'm tired and I don't feel like shopping. With that being said I'm always greeted and it's usually a wonderful lady named Evelyn who is always so ready and eager to help will always make sure that my pick up orders are correct the substitutions are given and the communication is great. I had surgery on my ankle recently and had a young lady friend of mine pick up my order and she was not given my second bag of stuff which was all Frozen items.( honest mistake) so when I realized that I didn't have it, I called the store and a gentleman named Chuck found the bag and I told him that I would try to have somebody else come and pick it up for me and he went above and beyond and he did not have to do this and personally delivered the bag to me. I haven't had any experience with the pharmacy and maybe I might not in the future. But the staff that runs the rest of the place I think are very great. And as for the music that plays out front I think it's genius I never have to worry about being asked for money or any kind of sketchiness at all because it's always cleared due to this clever intervention.To those that posted how terrible the music is, listen, you hear it for 1 second when you walk in and one second when you walk out, get over it. And again thank you chuck youre a kind person, and Evelyn, I'll be back in as soon as Im all healed up! You're the best!

Very clean, but very annoyed after standing in the deodorant isle for over 5 minutes after I hit the button. Just unlock the damn cabinets.

I should have been warned off by the extremely loud music blaring outside the building. Not a welcoming feel, and the majority of the products being locked up just adds to that. Then the cooler with the soda I wanted was not just not cold but actually hot inside. This was genuinely the most unpleasant drug store experience I've ever had.

This is the creepiest Walgreens I have ever been to. The music they blast outside is frightening - a combo of haunted house-style organ music, and urgent, frenzied battle music from the 1800s. I only wish I was exaggerating. Half the store is under lock and key. You can’t even buy deodorant without having to ring a bell and stand in the aisle waiting for a staff member. I feel terrible for people who have to work at this scary store ☠️

This store has gone overboard with their attempts to keep people from stealing and loitering. They blare the same obnoxious circus music outside 24/7 and inside, more than 50% of the products in the store are locked up. It takes forever to get someone to come unlock anything. You may think you’re saving money by preventing theft, but you’re losing much more in making the shipping experience so unpleasant for legitimate customers. I would have definitely bought more if I didn’t have to wait for someone everytime I wanted to even read the description on a box….

Walgreens is about to lose my business for good. Instead of dealing with their shoplifting issues head on buy hiring security guards, instead they take it out on the paying customer. Every single item in that place is locked up. So now not only is everything overpriced, but you can expect to spend an extra 10 to 15 minutes standing around waiting for someone to help you unlock the cooler so you can grab some ice cream or frozen food. When they do come to help you they are visibly irritated that you exist. I have probably walked out of Walgreens now four or five times because I decided not to wait. I wonder what cost them more? Shoplifting? Or me walking out with hundreds of dollars that I didn't spend there?

Yikes, everything is locked in cabinets except for pencils and notebooks. Hell, if you want to buy ass wipes you'll need to ask for the store manager to get the key for the lock on front of your ass wipes and then you'll probably have to announce over the intercom that you have unlocked and locked the ass wipe cabinet to exonerate yourself in case someone manages to get in there and steal some. You can't buy anything here, there is a cashier and no one else so unless you work there, everything is staying locked.

The Pharmacist & his staff are so great. Aaron the Pharmacist impressed me so much that I transferred my medications from a mail order pharmacy to his store. The Pharmacy Associate Caroline went out of her way to help us. I had scheduled vaccines for me & my husband. Only to find out I didn't schedule them correctly cause there was nothing in the computer? Instead of turning us away until another day Caroline put us in as Walk-ins. She made us feel like we mattered & they wanted to help us. We barely had to wait a couple mins for the Pharmacist Aaron to take care of us. It was impressive for them to treat us w/such care & kindness. Customer Service matters a lot to me. The Walgreens at Grant & Swan has the best Customer Service I've ever received. So if you're looking for a pharmacy that cares about you & your business go to the Walgreens at Grant & Swan. Thank you very much.

I ordered a 6x4 ($0.39) print of a photo I sized as a passport photo, and someone called me and said since it's a passport photo, I'd be charged $18(!!!) for it. What kind of BS is that? When I print a 6x4 photo I created, just print it. The wasn't anything foul in it, unless they just don't like my face :-)

pharmacy staff so willing to help answer questions any time I don't know how they do it but it's great

Jasmine helped me get my cupon through my Walgreens app. She was so patient and a kind associate. I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the Boc music, Ha! Thanks guys.
