I think it's stupid walgreens closes its pharmacy in so tucson pharma making money and we have to wait till a Monday because they are.closed

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at Walgreens. The employees at the pharmacy are not doing their jobs. We were at the window for over 15 minutes while they ignored us ringing the bell.
This is unacceptable! We don’t have time to wait around while staff members refuse to attend to us. It’s incredibly inconvenient that I had to leave without my prescription and come back later.
Walgreens needs to take action immediately. Customers deserve timely service, not to feel invisible. I won’t be returning if this continues!

The only walgreens you'll find on this side of town that's closed on a Saturday. Horrible staff too that doesn't help. They've lost 4 of my prescriptions in 4 months. You're better off going out of your way to a actual pharmacy that will help you.

This pharmacy is awful. They'll tell you they couldn't fill a scrip because insurance wouldn't cover it, but when you try to have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy it can't be moved because they filled it. They run my prescription against my flu bin number causing it to be rejected. There is a female who works there who will give incorrect info WITH CONFIDENCE that she's correct. They're not open on Saturdays so you have to try to fix anything they've bungled between M - F. They're unable to run insurance for my son's prescription because his card doesn't have a BIN number, which has NEVER been an issue with any other pharmacy. Just don't.

Customer service is great. Location is NOT. Super sketchy. The vagrants just walk in, grab whatever they want, and walk out. Sounds like y'all need a security guard with a gun here if you care AT ALL about your profits & losses.

I called ahead of time to ask about my RX, they said it’d be ready after 2:30pm. Come to find out they’re out of stock when I got there. Whole drive for nothing.

Pharmacy department seems very understaffed. Took nearly half an hour at the drive thru to get my prescription. Workers seemed stressed and overwhelmed with the customers.

I truly wish there was a way to give negative stars! HORRIBLE Service. Went into the store yesterday afternoon due to my Son needing some meds. And there was NOONE at the register, we even saw a man come in take a case of water bottles and walk right out. What a Joke! I then went to look for someone to work the register and asked a man there if he worked there as he had his ear buds in and was ignoring everyone. He then took them off and responded with "HUH?" very rudely. I then asked again and he said sarcastically "Well Yeah!" I then got upset and said he needed to then come to the register as no one was there, as I went back to the register the cashier walked up and he said "well you were not at the register" REALLY?! I told him I was there you were not!! What a joke. I then asked for the Manager and he said it was the first guy I spoke with LOL! WOW! I know this store is on the Southside of Tucson but that is NO EXCUSE for the AWFUL Customer Service!! I will be contacting corporate on what I witnessed on theft and also the Service. Avoid this place at all costs. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t have carts or baskets. I had to haul all the order little by little to the counter, wasting time. Half of the stuff on the Instacart list was out of stock.

Can't fill a Postmates order. Started one, they cancelled. How hard can it be to serve a customer?
