Pharmacy department seems very understaffed. Took nearly half an hour at the drive thru to get my prescription. Workers seemed stressed and overwhelmed with the customers.

I truly wish there was a way to give negative stars! HORRIBLE Service. Went into the store yesterday afternoon due to my Son needing some meds. And there was NOONE at the register, we even saw a man come in take a case of water bottles and walk right out. What a Joke! I then went to look for someone to work the register and asked a man there if he worked there as he had his ear buds in and was ignoring everyone. He then took them off and responded with "HUH?" very rudely. I then asked again and he said sarcastically "Well Yeah!" I then got upset and said he needed to then come to the register as no one was there, as I went back to the register the cashier walked up and he said "well you were not at the register" REALLY?! I told him I was there you were not!! What a joke. I then asked for the Manager and he said it was the first guy I spoke with LOL! WOW! I know this store is on the Southside of Tucson but that is NO EXCUSE for the AWFUL Customer Service!! I will be contacting corporate on what I witnessed on theft and also the Service. Avoid this place at all costs. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t have carts or baskets. I had to haul all the order little by little to the counter, wasting time. Half of the stuff on the Instacart list was out of stock.

Do not go to this Pharmacy. Definitely the worst attitudes around. I got there two minutes before they closed and I guess it was the tech that asked me to have my Physician send the prescription to another Walgreens because they were going to close in 2 minutes. I didn’t know that they were about to close. Neither her or the Pharmacist, William Heath, would even look to see if the prescription was there. He was rude and said that they were already closed. He needs to find another job. Nice people should work around sick people.

Unbelievably horrible customer service from the pharmacist! I called & asked about a prescription & explained what it was. She says, "I know what it is!" Iwas like, "cool. I've called 3 other Walgreens today & none of them did", hence my explanation. She proceeds to tell me that "the other people answering must not have been pharmacists. I am a pharmacist". She didn't answer by stating she was a pharmacist so how would i know who she is or what she knows. It was super condescending & snooty. It was also a waste of time, as I had been sitting on hold for 10 minutes the first call, only to be hung up on & 20 minutes the next call. IDC what you know & don't know or what you think the reason is that no one else knows what this medication is. Just answer my question so I can get on with my day.

11/17/22 @ 11:00am I was just profiled by some young Hispanic guy working the front register as i was leaving Walgreens with a prescription from the pharmacy. I was asked to produce a receipt in which I handed him my bag and told him to check whatever he needed to check and I waited outside the store. He then came out of the store and asked that I produce a receipt again which was clearly stapled on each prescription. I then took the bag walked back into the store back to the pharmacy and asked him to follow me so we could resolve the issue, which he started to follow me but was told by his superior to stop half, I assumed because she met me at the pharmacy and he stayed back halfway in the aisle. I then handed the prescriptions to the lady at the pharmacy who just gave them to me 5 minutes earlier, by the way I had to verify my name, address and phone number to her before I could receive them. After that was handled his superior than apologized to me and said she would deal with it. Which I'll never know. Anyways I've been going to this Walgreens over 25 years and this is the first time this has happened. This is not a knock on all the good employees I've dealt with over the years. Just this high strung inexperienced employee who should not be representing anyone's company until he receives training in customer service.

Got a Covid test at 9am. Kept checking the site I was given. It’s 840 pm and It states that the test has not been sent to the lab!!! This is unacceptable!!! What a joke of a business.

Showed up at 8am they were not open, a line of peole were waiting and we were told to wait because they had to clock in!! This business opens up at 8am, it’s 810am and they are still not open! This is ridiculously, don’t waste your time with this one!

I used their photo center to print a pair of drink menus for a dirty 30 I was going to that same day. Ordering was easy online and prints were ready ahead of time. The girl at the counter was extremely helpful in picking out the frames and inserting the photos in the frame. Second time using the service for the same purpose, happy with service.
