Sat on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to talk with the pharmacy about a prescription. I'm sick, so I can't go in to the store discuss this. They don't have a proper hold system that lets them answer calls in order. After 2 minutes of holding they pick up, say nothing, and but you back on hold. After 30 minutes of waiting I was "disconnected." This happened again after 20 more minute of waiting. When I called and spoke to a store employee he told me there's nothing he can do and that I could just come into the store. When I asked for help, explained I'm sick, and asked if he could get me a pharmacist he hung up on me. They are so unbelievably rude here. I hate that CVS has limited pharmacy hours, because Walgreens is the absolute worst to work with.

Their pharmacy is awful ..if u have a question or need to talk to them about a prescription u can't ever call them when u need to . They hang up the phone on you . I seen them do it. They weren't even busy at the time I saw it . I wait in line to get your prescription for a half hour or more . It's ran very poor. The sad thing is that the staff there is very friendly . Their never rude to anyone .

Terrible Customer Service. Did not acknowledge that I was right there, not even a Hello, How are you doing? Was having a whole conversation with another employee while cashing me out. And Very Rude Attitudes. Need to hire New Employees!!! Who actually want to work. I Love Walgreens, but their employees are terrible.

Charles R Walgreens would be so disappointed in what customer service is now offered to his customers.Needless to say, I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt. I am asking myself (whatever happened to stores wanting to be known for their customer service)...I work hard for my money, I'm sure there has to be a drugstore that still has good old-fashioned customer service.Whatever happened to the phrase" It's about quality not quantity"Definitely be seeking out a store that will appreciate my business.

Better off going in person as the wait times are extremely long. I've never had to be on hold just to talk to someone for 2+ hours and still not have my call picked up. Calls at this pharmacy are not prioritized and more times then not you will continuously have your call picked up then immediately put back on hold all to usually be hung up on after 30 mins. This is extremely frustrating when you have scripts to be filled that you need to call in for in advance 1-2x a month.

A female employee was yelling across the store having a loud conversation while at the register with a customer and another employee. She was twerking in the parking lot. Very unprofessional.

If you value your time, like most sane adult humans, DO NOT use this pharmacy.First off, they have had the literal *ENTIRE DAY* to fill the prescription that my doctor called in. So to my surprise, when I went to pick it up and was told that there would be *at least another* hour until it was ready, I was not happy. This was maybe 45 minutes ago. I live about 2 minutes away which is why I even chose this location. ??I’m currently trying to *call* to verify it’s readiness and *it took 25 minutes* for someone to answer the phone! When I asked if my prescriptions would be ready when I came pick them up, she told me she was only waiting for one more. So, I suppose in about 20 minutes when drive back, we shall see. I’ll be back to update. *update: thankfully, the scripts were ready. I honestly do not understand WHY they refuse to answer their phone. It can’t be for lack of staffing, at least not the day I went. I saw no less than THREE people working in the pharmacy that afternoon. Surely ONE of them had the ability to pick up the phone.

Waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes for a RX is insane! My shortest wait time has been 20 minutes.

Greg the pharmacist attempted to overrule my doctor and gaslit me with half truth when I was there to fill two prescriptions for a migraine. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes and was literally in the drive through waiting for them to answer. I hung up once I reached the window. They had not pulled my prescriptions. and then when the tech told me ketoralac was back ordered and the other prescription was not received I walked into the store and that's when I realized that they were lying about the ketoralac and when I told the pharmacy that Teladoc was calling, they were suddenly picking up calls. Greg refused the 4 day ketoralac prescription saying it was black boxed by the feds. Bottom line is the record is no more than 5 days and the doc wrote a 4 day prescriptio. He let me know he didn't want to be sued. Well, I'm going to lodge a complaint with the licensing board at the least for negligence on his part. This man is a menace.

Looks like I’m not the only one who went through the never ending hold-pickup-hold-pickup… routine with the pharmacy. Customer service is horrible. Taking business elsewhere.
