Don’t think I’ve come across such a bad Walgreens. We moved to this one since it’s closer but they wouldn’t take our new insurance info over the phone after being put on hold the moment they answered, then when I did get to give them the info they tell me they are on back order and it’ll be a few days to get it the meds we need and tell me it’ll be done on Monday. Now Monday comes and it’s not ready and everytime I call they don’t even answer, just put you on hold. No one wants to help it seems like. Honestly, just drive somewhere else before bothering to come here

Terrible customer service , they do not properly train there cashiers they always give me a hard time about redeeming my rewards causing a big line and have no clue how to navigate there system when it comes to loading money to chime , especially the cashier with the fake spider eyelashes thats loud. Just terrible

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We came here to pick up some cough drops and when we asked where they were, an employee just looked sleepy and pointed in a direction. After we found the medicine, we tried to get a discount, but the cashier was rude and, looking annoyed, told us that we need a membership. Don't go here as everyone is rude and slow.

I was behind 2 cars just now at the drive thru pharmacy Took newly 20min till i got to the window. I arrive to the window at 8:58 (they close at 9) they refused my service they didnt close till 2min later. They could have assisted me before closing. The lady behind the sign just acted dumb like she didnt see me did not tell me anything. Could have atleast told me they were closed before i had to wait 10min and figure out myself they were closed. Poor customer service but i guess whatever the pharmacist had going on is more important than her job. Ive used this pharmacy for more than 10 years. I will be sending my medications somewhere else from now on & bringing this up to upper management.! Very poor on your end!

No customer service at that location. When asked to find a product the two associates there said" they are there somewhere look in that section. The manager was not interested on what I had to say. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cashier was amazing. Went to CVS and was treated with respect and they physically found the product I needed.

My daughter went to pick up items for me. No public bathroom she was told. Had to leave. If your elderly don't go. No bathroom access.

It is the first Tuesday of the month and they refused to give me the Senior Discount. The Walgreens on Midvale gave me my discount but this store refused to give it to me. Not only that they have closed their restrooms to customers and they are the only store that does this. It's sadly not my store anymore and it's in my neighborhood unfortunately.

The whole store is empty and they said they can't help you on doing passport photos until 8pm because they get so busy.. doesn't make any sense

This is my neighborhood Walgreens
And I used to come once a week to load $$ into my chime account ( online banking) hence this is the only place I know to load money to this account .. and 4 four weeks they tell me the system is down .. which leads me to go to another Walgreens out of my way … which their systems work just fine .. even to the point another Walgreens told me they only tell us that because they done want to work .. lazy … very inconvenient for me and to continue to tel me this 4 four weeks is ridiculous… every time I come here … it’s never a good experience even if I’m purchasing something … what should take me 5 mins to buy something always ends up being 20 plus mins because there’s always a issue at the registers … I’m done with this Walgreens

Worse walgreens pharmacy ever. Go somewhere else. People are freakin rude. Slow as molasis and never has the needed meds in stock. The pharmcist is ridiculous and incompetent take your business someqhere else or u will regret it.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I called to check a prescription status and was informed that if I have the Walgreens app that’s also a way to check it and then got hung up on. Like cool info but that’s not what I asked for when I called. Super bad customer service!!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever!! The people who work there are rude and they never answer their phones. I've been continuously put on hold for over 18 minutes. Finally gave up..

This place should be a zero. On Monday April 8, 2024, the pharmacy placed me on hold for 30 minutes then they hung up on me. I called again on April 11, 2024 and was on hold for 15 minutes. Someone in the Pharmacy kept picking up the line and placing it on hold again. I hung up and called back. Again on hold for more than 10 minutes before someone picked up. Finally a woman picked up (mostly likely a PT), I explained to her how long I was on the phone for. The audacity of this woman to tell me to be patient when I was on hold for almost another 30 minutes. Then she puts me on hold again. I drove down to the Walgreens still on hold to speak with a store manager. Guess what happened...nothing. No store manager or Lead Pharmacist to speak with. The PT again hung up on me. This store is very unprofessional and they hire unprofessionals. This is absolutely unacceptable to be placed on hold for 30 + minutes.
