I just came in to buy chips today with my employee discount and the cashier did not allow me to put my phone number and very rudely interrupted me when i was nicely trying to explain how employee discounts work. She stated that it was because i needed the 2 for 1 sale, which is false and does not apply to the employee discounts.
Very disappointing, won’t come back.

The pharmacy answers and puts me on hold for a long time, about 15 minutes pass and the line starts ringing again and they put me on hold again, they don't even answer professionally "thank you for calling Walgreens can I can put you on hold" the call right to listen to the music, I stayed waiting and then they hung up the call

Todd made my experience awesome at Walgreens today, he helped me from the moment I came into the store all the way to the end Todd helped me find the product I was looking for, found me an awesome deal on the product, Todd helped me at the register and ended by helping me load the massive amount of Arizona Ice tea's I purchased, I would go back to this store, best customer service skills ever, this guy has leadership potential, and that's coming from someone that has been a manager in the past ? he takes care of the customer, and that makes me want to go back and shop at this store.

I have waited for 2.5 months for insulin scringes. They kept giving them to someone else even though I was completely out. They would not even call another store so I could go there to get them. To top it off my Doctor faxed them on Jan. 2nd three prescriptions that I needed asap today is the 10th and they do not have them filled yet even though I have been in to check every day and was told today I will have to come back tomorrow.
Time for a new pharmacy.
Have you ever noticed that on products that are buy one get one for half price they will only have one available so you don't get one at a discount.

I typically have great experiences at Walgreens. I don't get greeted when I enter, "Welcome to Walgreens." I don't get told "be well" when I leave as I do at most Walgreens. The Cashier Emilio was kind but had to ask the Supervisor If the bathrooms were open which are typically open at most Walgreens. He said they were not and they are not most days and when I asked dof store policy he said there isn't one but they don't want their restroom to get messed up and that's why they don't allow people to use their restroom. He said its a liability. I also had the floor supervisor walk up next to me while I was browsing.She made me feel uncomfortable which never happens so I asked her to help me find something since she didn't ask me first. They have the same Halloween Dracula music and a classical theater song playing on repeat outside the store which is also strange for a Walgreens store.

I love you Daniella! ? You're customer service exceeded anyone I've dealt with at Walgreens in awhile! You were so very helpful in getting me the meds that I needed before the weekend (Trelegy)! You made phones calls for me, looked things up for me which included finding a store that had Trelegy on hand, you transferred me to that store and more! I am usually the one picking up prescriptions for my family and these people are never on point. There is always an excuse as to why things aren’t done. You can call in a prescription at 9am to be filled and be told later at 3 that they just started working on it because they didn’t get it. The script was sent in a day before AND called in by the patient first thing in the morning. People lack work ethic these days. It’s ugly. Some people need their medications to live. But you want me to take an excuse as to why they can NEVER take initiative and get things done. Oh, it would be different if it was only one time. This has been like this for the last 4 years. Recommend a different location.

Consistent prescription service. Have been using for years. No fax however though GPS sent me here for that. Drop off FedEx packages only.
