The Pharmacy employees are the worst when it comes to customer relations. The drive through employees let you know, they will attend to you when they get to you. Especially when there back from lunch they return with an attitude.

The pharmacy is fairly terrible. I watch the prescription go through from my doctor. I can then see the the prescription was "read". Two days later the pharmacy will say they never received it. This happens over and over.

The pharmacy is horrible. They sent us back and forth to the Walgreens on Grant. Took 3 days for the pharmacy team to get it together and they were not nice about their errors.
We are going to try Safeway pharmacy.

If you go and see that G@y pharmacist working just leave and go to a different place he is very judge mental , goes against his go workers word and has a God complex. I wish I had his name but he’s tall white with glasses

Every time I call I get placed on hold. Every few mins it rings through and someone tells me to hold before I can say anything. Or they just hang up on me. I use to go to this location because they were always great but the last 10 months have failed!! I’ll be switching my prescription to another location. I’m actually on hold with them now and it’s already been 18 mins!!! Just ridiculous!!

Phone signal doesn't work inside or even near the building, and they don't have Wi-Fi. Lame. They're even aware of it but I doubt a Wi-Fi will be installed for the public.

Besides having made appointments they were 20 minutes late and technician made us wait until my husband's COVID results were completed before giving me a COVID test. Should have done then at the same time to save time. I guess they can only do one thing at a time.

Thus far, I am not impressed. I moved to this area and asked to have all my prescriptions transferred from the Eastside and they said I have to do it one by one, however; I can’t get through by phone and I’m disabled so I can’t run down there to order each medication. I waited 25 minutes on hold and then hung up. Going to try to get them to transfer all the medication’s again and put them on auto refill so I don’t have to go through this one Medication at a time. I have numerous medication’s and it’s difficult for me to use the phone.

Horrible service! Took 3 days to fill a prescription. Each time I called to inquire about it, I was put on hold for a very long time. Twice I was promised that the med would be ready that day. However, on the third day when I went to pick it up, it still wasn't ready.

Had to update that Eva the store manager is AMAZING and always fixes the issues so quickly and professionally. She is the best.

I went there to pick up a refill that I requested online, which is something I never failed to do. When I get there they told me they didn’t see my refill request. I showed them my confirmation email, and they checked things on their computer for 10 minutes and told me they just couldn’t find the request. Then I said I wanted to request a refill now, and people told me they cannot even see my prescription. Then people disappeared for 10 minutes and banging on their computer for a while and told me they can see my prescription now. After another 5 minutes wait, they handed me my medicine and charged me seven times more than what other pharmacies charged me for this medicine. They said my insurance doesn’t cover the medicine anymore even though it was indeed covered 30 days ago when I picked it up somewhere else!
And whenever I go there, there is always a long wait! There are multiple times when I have to wait for more than 40 minutes to pick up prescription!

I have used this pharmacy for some time. I have always been happy. Granted on hold wait times or lines may be long but that's no fault to the pharmacy at all. Customer service does vary but if you speak to the staff with respect you will always get better service.
