Went to pick up a prescription and had a horrible experience with the pharmacy tech. First she had a nasty attitude with me after I relayed that I had pre-paid for my prescription so I just needed to scan the barcode. She then proceeded to cancel out the phone number process for rewards. When I asked to put my number in, she said she had to void the transaction and proceeded to rip everything out of the bags and slam it on the counter. After getting it voided, she aggressively told me to give her the bar code and to put my number in correctly this time. I don’t appreciate this experience especially considering this is the second time I’ve dealt with an unfriendly tech. I would hope in the future that behavior isn’t allowed. I will not be going back to get my prescriptions from this location.

Narco: Every pharmacy uses their own calculator. Be your own advocate, look at your prescriptions before you leave. Ask for your next refill date/ write down the pickup date on the bottle.“ Walgreens corporate..”

The pharmacy assistant who worked on Sep 1 afternoon/evening shift was very helpful and pleasant. He is male and has curly, long hair and has a ready smile to the clients of the store. He offered help to me and just impressive people skills all in all!

The young guy who has a long and curly hair-- he is a pharmacy assistant--- was so helpful to clients. He worked on Sep 1 afternoon shift. He has the friendliest smile and he offered to help even they seemed busy at that time!

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for a long time because the one closest to my house closed down. The store’s staff is nice, but the pharmacy staff almost always seems to have a bad attitude. I know they’re busy and they’re overworked, I’ve been in retail myself, but that’s no reason to treat every customer like we’re bothering them. It’s not all of them, but sadly, it’s most of them. If they don’t want to be in this business, then they should find another job, because I’m sure there are plenty of other people desperately looking for work who will provide friendly or customer service.

Actively avoid this pharmacy - everyone that works here has SERIOUS attitude. I've never experienced such nasty customer service.

I absolutely despise Walgreens. Three or four times inside the store while I was shopping I was accused of shoplifting when I had not done such a thing. After fully showing the manager I had no merchandise except what I was buying. She was hardly in a good mood as I guess my not stealing embarrassed her so I was told to leave and not come back. I did leave but I did come back I walked in with corporate on speaker phone so they could hear how I was being treated. Needless to say I was granted lots of Walgreens rewards in the way of Walgreens dollars, I won't say how much but you know what they sure treat me good with all faker as hell demeanor.i do not recommend Walgreensfor anything unless you like being mistreated.

If I could give zero I would. Rudiest ,Laziest ,bunch of people I've ever encountered at any pharmacy ever.. if you hate your jobs say less.. we can tell by your horrible customer service skills and lack of profesionalism .Shut this whole location down. They Care more about closing at 5:59 than patient care. Goodluck if you've been waiting in the drive through line , since 530.. they will tell you to come back tomorrow . Travesty to the pharmacy field. I won't be back ...

Customer service is non-existent at this location. If you look at the reviews their only positive reviews occurred between 2-11 years ago and now I know why. I was out of blood pressure meds and out of refills. My primary care dr left their practice and never notified me with a letter. From the initial call to let the pharm know the situation the staff here could have cared less. I am a cancer patient and need this med. Thankfully I was able to get my specialist to call in the med while I wait to be seen with the new dr. I have since transferred my meds to a new location. Stay away from Jessica/Broadway location. They don't care to help you or go out of their way to help in the least.

Poor customer service. Simply not willing to help. The guy kept saying he might have other things to do when there was literally just me and other 2 customers in the store.

Staff is arrogant. Cashiers are demeaning to customers and while checking out chat to other employees iinstead of providing good customer service. No carts. Worst Walgreens ever. Pharmacy employees have no clue that COVID-19 boosters are still free. This Walgreens is a joke. The cashier with the fake blond in her dark hair is nasty to customers.

The employee working the pharmacy window was not helpful, or knowledgeable about questions pertaining to my prescription refill. With so many pharmacies available, won't be back here.

Made an appointment online for a Covid booster but when I got there a sign on the door said the pharmacy was closed. The cashier confirmed no one was there for vaccinations. Another person was also there for an appointment he'd made online. WTF? Do better, Walgreens. I won't go to this store again and I wouldn't go to another Walgreens, but at the moment CVS doesn't have the bivalent Moderna.
