Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Called and talked to someone who put me on hold then hung up on me. Had to drive up there to see if the product I asked about was there or not. Seems like everyone in the area was on drugs even the employee. 3/5/2025

The pharmacy staff are great, but they are way understaffed. It takes hours to get a prescription.

Pharmacy staff is trash. This location need be shut down, bad customer service. and people work at pharmacy is all joke. Mark my work walgreens pharmacy will close soon all them suck do not care about the patients.

This is the second time I've had prescriptions sent to Walgreens and six hours later they weren't filled! Last time I set foot in the store.

Pharmacy staff is trash. I called to give them my insurance info, she told me that she couldnt find it. I tried giving her the phone number for pharmacists and she didnt want to, insisted that I just bring the card in. Rudely hung up on me so I knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience but whatever. I did. I’m still sitting here, 25 minutes later, while she’s calling the number that I tried to give her 30 minutes before I got here. Wild how invaluable customers’ time is because I promise Walgreens isn’t where I want to spend my Friday night. But here we are, because she didn’t want the phone number that she NEEDED TO CALL.

I do love shopping at Walgreens but I wish that they had handicap carts for handicapped people to ride around on in the store to shop

I went to pick up my prescription after being told THREE times, "it'll be ready by tomorrow" each day my husband or I went, "come back tomorrow".
When I went back on 3rd day, through the drive-thru, a young lady named Kaycee, walked up to window, mouth full and, chewing. She asked name. I told her and she said we don't have anything for you. I asked to please check again since it was 3rd time going. Then she proceeded to tell me there were two on file. I told her there should only be one. I asked who the provider was and name of medications, she told me. I said those are not mine, don't you want my date of birth? She asked "what is it?" I told her then she said oh, wrong person, there's two of you with same name.
So now I know there is someone with same name, their doctor's name and medications. HIPPA anyone??!!!!

Never ever have my meds always making excuses the line is always backed up they always act like they're too important to answer your questions or they are too busy.... The staff turns over so much over there you never know who you're going to get for how many workers you would think that they would be able to help and not get annoyed if you have more than one question.... 😡😤😡

This is my favorite Walgreens location in Tucson! Store is well stocked, organized and very clean! Employees always friendly as well.
Thank you to Rosie for making the cash back process at checkout a great one! It was great to be able to get cash back without going all the way to the bank.

They are Rude and will hang up on you tried to pick up my boyfriend medication and they keep tell me the provider has to fill it and call the provider and they filled it and now the problem is Insurance when we already pick up a medication this morning so is insurance take it and has been take it for month now losing my business

Unfortunately there is no option for no stars. Called for Prescriptions. Was told they were ready. They weren't. Went home. Called later. They assured me they were ready. Drove back. They weren't. Repeat one more time. A week later, due to an infection (probably causes because my first antibiotics weren't filled for 10 hours) needed more prescriptions. And same thing! If it's not ready JUST SAY SO! Take a customer service class! Offer to CALL ME when it's finally ready! Unreal and unacceptable!
