As a medical assistant the tech there are horrible doing business and being a patient there I now understand why my patients get so upset with the pharmacy. The supervisor FANTASTIC I’ve never had issues until “Tammy” helped me she was rude didn’t look happy to do her job and like I Inconvenienced her on doing her job and when I let her know the issues she threw the phone down and said let me get my supervisor. She forgot that once she put the phone down you can still hear everything they’re saying, and she was very inappropriate and as somebody in the medical field I would not have someone like that. Behind the counter, they should want someone who you provides customer service, empathy and understanding to patients, and this tech lacks that unfortunately the rest of the staff fantastic one bad apple is all it takes

Easily the worst Walgreen's in the city. No shopping carts, missing inventory all over the store, and and a slow checkout experience. Even if you're close by, please order delivery from the location on Broadway and Jessica.

All pharmacies have their own calculator’s. If you take Norco be aware of the date when you’re picking up your prescription.. “Walgreens corporate.” Be your own advocate.

This pharmacy is horrible. They said it's a partial perscription they won't fill a full, even though they gave me documentation for 2 partial, to fulfill the full order. I'm going to provide people with run arounds at my work tomorrow ><. This place making me go back to my doctor for another perscription because they would only fill partial?

Unfortunately I have leave a star to post this. I've come here a handful of times to leave a review but I truly don't like leaving negative reviews, if I don't like you, I just wont say anything. I have had numerous issues with THIS LOCATION.... Like I said, I've wanted to write many times but haven't. Unfortunately my family prefers this one because it's close to home. Last time I dropped off a prescription (antibiotics & pain medication in March) they told me an hour. This was 11AM. I came back in an hour, still not done, they tell me it will be ready after they come back from lunch @ 2:30..so I left again... got caught up with life, went back almost 7:30PM (been ALL DAY now) The man told me to hang on, he'll get it.... I stood there literally thinking he was getting it and would be right back.... A lady came to my window a few minutes later and said 'you can go sit down'.... ANOTHER 45 minutes my prescription was finally ready.... REALLY?! So y'all didn't even START working on it till I showed up at 7:30PM. I actually 'let that go' - until I decided to write 'this' review. POINT IS: They are not in any hurry to get your stuff together. FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION! TODAY- September 30 @ 2:45PM I'm standing in line to pick up a prescription. A little old man walked up to a closed window and asked the lady how much longer the wait would be - & it became a little back & fourth bicker. He went back to sit down... 10 ish minutes later COLLEEN (she said her name LOUD AND CLEAR) came out, literally barking at this couple. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. Asked what time their appointment was- they said 2:15, COLLEEN asked what was the problem, rudely! Well Colleen, it's now 2:45 and no one has said anything to these folks that have just been waiting. Yes, 30 minutes aint a big deal to YOU COLLEEN, but to some folks it's a long time. If they had an APPOINTMENT & you knew what you were providing them, why didn't you have their SIX SHOTS (that you loudly announced to everyone in the lobby) READY at 2:15? Or you can KINDLY SAY, "it will take me 30 minutes to prepare" with a little smile... so they know it's 30 minutes instead of them thinking you forgot about them. See, you wanted this job. Yes, it's tough, you're constantly busy, getting yelled at, trying to figure things out, giving shots, theft, etc... but you also work with the public & you are also going to have to deal with people. You have a crappy attitude! At my employment, I have to be kind to everyone, no matter how irritating the little old folks may be. My son DIED & I still had to go to work and put on a positive attitude no matter what... if not, I would be fired. They won't fire you, pharmacist are a rare breed, OBVIOUSLY since y'all NEED MORE pharmacists back there.... so Walgreens will keep you around. Hopefully Walgreens will see this and train you to be kind and not yell at elderly in a lobby cause you're having a bad day .... I'm really afraid of what you said/did to them in the private room. Just sad.

Went there with a vaccination appointment and was told the wait could be up to 1 1/2 hours. They take walk-ins and serve people based on when they sign in. Makes the appointment worthless. Then they couldn't get our insurance to work and turned us away. The insurance worked at a different pharmacy earlier today, but Walgreens pharmacy said it's our problem to fix. Reminded me of why I stopped going to Walgreens a few years ago.

I walk in I’m A very good recurring customer I liked this location for years as it’s the one on my way home to benson , unfortunately today they have a woman working who seems to hate her job she’s got an unfriendly attitude as well, if you see Vicki turn around and leave at least that’s what I’ll do next time.

Have made deliveries for this store on many occasions. Asked for the code to use the restroom this evening and the cashier would not budge on letting me go. I'll call it a night and drive home instead of working the rest of my shift since that's the only way I can relieve myself without being turned away. After reading the rest of these reviews, I can see why almost everyone else prefers not to come here. The attitudes are simply garbage.

Don't bother going to this pharmacy. When we called at 3:30 PM we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived at 4 PM, they said it would be 15 more minutes. We are still sitting here, at 6 PM and our prescription still isn't ready. Keep in mind, this is a basic prescription that comes pre-packaged from the manufacturer. All they need to do is slap a label on it.

Web site spoke with forked tongue! Didn't have what web site. They did. If they did it would have been more expensive than anywhere else. The pharmacy is good though.

Would give zero stars if possible. I was turned away by Desiree at 1pm because they go to lunch at 130 claiming they had just recieved the prescription from the Dr. with who I verified had sent in the prescription OVER AN HOUR AGO. Spoke with the "supervisor" Colleen who was equally unhelpful and very apathetic towards my situation. These are people who are supposed to be there for us when we are hurting. Instead this location is worried about their lunch breaks and stop answering the phone 20 minutes till. Horrible service from people who have no business working in a medical service position. Based on how many negative reviews this location has I will follow up with the state.Employee: DesireeSupervisor Colleen
