I was greeted at the door, smiles from the employees at the Rancho Vistoso Walgreens.
Margarite & Kaleb had helped me alot with putting together a photo album.
Every employee was very helpful.
I had such a wonderful experience like always at this location.

Time and time again w/ any number of issues the staff at Walgreens are knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I need assistance in any department, they have the answers or will ask the manager quickly. I recommend the store and the pharmacy. The staff there is v v good. The pharmacists are excellent....very professional, and friendly.

The young man, Caleb at this photo center is awesome customer service. He did not charge me for first photo prints when some of them were not printed as my expectation. He showed me that I need to crop the pictures to look right and to resubmit them. He makes customer satisfaction as top priority.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PHARMACYI'm so happy I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy . I just got a reminder call from them about my prescriptions being ready for pick up next week. I hadn't even noticed I was getting low ? Now that's the kind of service I appreciate!

The staff at this Walgreens pharmacy is awesome. Every one of them goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I never have to wait on hold for very long, even though they are always busy. They work hard and have positive attitudes, which could be a challenge when you deal with people who are ill and sometimes a little impatient due to not feeling well. This staff genuinely cares. I would make them all, but haven’t had the pleasure to meet them all. Liz, a manager is very efficient and kind, Ping, a pharmacist works fast and efficient and is very compassionate. Naomi and all the rest of the staff also deserved recognition! They are a great team! We appreciate them.

The pharmacy is terrible. They never have medication in stock, then they sent us to another pharmacy who didn't have it in stock either and we were sent on a wild goose chase throughout the Tucson area. Not patient or customer service friendly. Very dissatisfied.

This new pharmacy head guy seems to be making his own rules there!!I thought Walgreens had there own rules?? Just curious..I moved from Chicago and Noone in the pharmacy could make their own rules

Terrible customer service and stock alcohol that's been sitting on the shelf for months because not a lot of people apparently buy alcohol here especially wine - will never shop in this store again and which is why I shop at CVS or target!
