This is a typical neighborhood Walgreens, albeit a little smaller than some other locations.Staff here is hit or miss. Most are friendly enough, but there’s one here that gives off weird vibes. Other than that, the store is well stocked and pretty clean.Wait times for prescriptions are not as bad as more centrally located locations.Parking is pretty decent.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. So yourself a favor and send your script to the Ina and thronydale location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. I don't know who manages this pharmacy but they are horrible at their job.

Sitting in drive thru for pharmacy while 7 employees in pharmacy walk by and ignore you. Ridiculous, terrible customer service.

Doctor prescribed extra strength acetaminophen (Tylenol) on Thursday to help with pain following surgery. Here it is the Tuesday after and Walgreens says it might be ready tomorrow? Really? 7 days later? That is totally unacceptable.

I love going to this location it’s very convenient for me since I live across the street but every time I go there there is a very rude cashier it’s an older woman I went today Sunday around 7pm to get ice cream and other things and I finally said something to her she never greet us always in a bad mood but I had it if she doesn’t like her job she should look for something else.

Everytime i come to this pharmacy none of the technicians know what they are doing, i get told a prescription will be ready the next day and then it's still not ready 4 days later. All they say is be patient. I'm changing my pharmacy to a more educated store with better service. This has gone on everytime i go to this location

Walgreens pharmacy charges three times the amount as Walmart. Don't even bother going here unless you like to throw away money. My bank even stopped the purchase twice because they thought it was fraud. To be fair, it truly is criminal how much they charge compared to every other pharmacy. Gave this company several do overs and they fumble it every single time.

Pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed- lines are incredibly long. Pick up /drop off cant take this long ??? It's obnoxious. Hey - you monster corporation- why can't you staff an extra tech to allow for better customer service? Drive thru /Pick-up line not a priority .

Service here is very slow. Specially the pharmacy. I have to come three times to try and pick up my prescription. And to think they will notify you, that your prescription is not ready, so you don't have to waste your time...they actually did not do that. I'm not too happy with their pharmacy and looking into moving all of my family member's into a different pharmacy.

I just got out of urgent care and I almost have bronchitis. They sent my prescriptions to this Walgreens. I called and spoke to Jeanine and asked her if my meds could be ready today and she made sure they were ready in less than a hour. Thank you so much Jeanine!

Great liquor store, horrible pharmacy. Expensive liquor, too. Now that I think about it, it's just bad all around. Prescriptions are always late. Multiple calls are required to get anything filled. Total chaos.

I have been using this Walgreens pharmacy for 4 years - during covid they went downhill fast. I swear I ask every few months for my Rxs to be removed from the auto refill list, they swear they did but I still get the text saying it’s ready for pickup. I’ve even tried cancelling the Rx on the app but a person has to accept the cancel and it seems they don’t check. On the other hand I have had multiple Rxs that I needed quickly that they said they couldn’t fill until their “warehouse” transferred it to them. I think this is a newer process as of 2020 and could be part of the issue (or I was lied to). So basically they have a warehouse in Arizona that the new Rxs go to, for THIS LOCATION ONLY, and it takes days for a response. I’ve had to transfer urgent Rxs to the Walgreens downtown that’s 24/7 (a 40 min drive for me) or the one in Oro Valley (a 15 min drive). As of 2023 most of my Rx have now been transferred to Optim Rx since, when Rxs are ready at Walgreens, I have to wait 30+ minutes to pick them up - whether in the drive thru or going inside. Just like others have said. I have also noticed the turnover is HIGH. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere if you can.

I am giving this Walgreens one star because of their employee, Irma. I went to this Walgreens to look for a lipstick that I thought it was on sale. During my visit I noticed that their beauty section had a sale, "buy one get one 50% off." I looked and made sure I picked two items that were part of this deal. When it was my time to pay, I noticed that the deal was not applied and brought it to Irma's attention in a polite way. That's when she began to be passive-aggressive w/me. I offered to take a pic of their advertisement and bring it back, but she didn't reply. She went to to check and returned stating that I had to buy items from the same brand to apply. I then showed her that online it says mix and match, and she replied that's only online but offered me 25% off. I declined the offer and mentioned that I would buy them online and pick up at the store. She rolled her eyes and asked someone else to void the transaction. I had the lipstick and gum left. I thought the item I picked was on sale so she went to check. When she returned she said, "you got the wrong item this color is not on sale" I replied "oh okay I won't take it then" and she gave me a nasty look and said are u going to take the gum? I said yes, paid and left. Few mins later I remembered that I needed something else and walked back in. This time I heard Irma and Sandy at the cash register talking about me. Sandy said, "all of that for gum and laughed" to that Irma replied, " did you see what I did when I walked away?" She then proceeded to demonstrate that she hit me behind my back... while Sandy was helping a customer. Then I said, great customer service Irma and she replied "you are welcome."
