I'll echo what others have said about the pharmacy at this location. Staff is rude and act like they just plain hate their jobs. I made an appointment for a vaccine four days ago. Arrived 5 minutes early and checked in on my phone. There were only two of us waiting for our scheduled shot. I sat there for 50 minutes before someone finally got to me. Unacceptable!

The ladies that check you out and the young gentleman are always so friendly. Even when I go in there looking my worse since it's across the street from my house ?
People in the pharmacy area are hit or miss. There are a few nice ones and there's always that one that isn't so friendly.

I wanted to leave a review for Sara (Pharma) who spent her time helping me find the best price for prescription and then Kristina and the rest of the pharmacy staff had it filled in about 30 minutes. They definitely made me feel like they were happy to help and very kind people to communicate with when navigating the chaotic world of prescription drugs.
Lastly at my check out I believe it was Shayah(CSA) who was quick to the register and bag my items without me even asking. I would never mind waiting or coming back when the representatives of this place are all so kind and helpful. Thank you for being amazing.

I'd like to give a shoutout to Sara. I believe she is a Pharmacy Tech. She went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled. As busy as she was when I was there, she took the time to call my regular Walgreens and my doctor's office for me. The next day when I called ahead to see if I could pick it up a little early, she went to make sure it had been shipped over and then got it ready even before she got back on the phone with me. She is quick, efficient and could not have been kinder. I really appreciated everything. Thank you, Sara!

2 stars because the older cashier lady was very sweet, but the younger skinny, white, long haired manager girl needs some customer service training. she was rude to not just the cashier working, but to the customer for no reason. mad because she had to check the price on a cane. i can see why every review for the last 3 months is a 1 star.

Horrible store. They’ll place you on hold, and let the call go multiple cycles, and keep placing you on hold. The staff is rude and flippant. I get that they’re understaffed, but that’s no reason to be rude to customers who aren’t rude to you.

At 5pm Friday night, my doctor called in a prescription for antibiotics as I was horribly sick. It took Walgreens 18 hours to fill. This pharmacy offers horrible customer service. I'm going to CVS or Safeway.

I called to get some information on my prescription and the girl who started the was Noel first she sounded like she didn't want to be there. She asked for my last name, gave it to her. Then she asked for it again with my first name. Sorry you just asked for my last name. Noel answered back rudely I DID! I said she is rude. Next thing I know I'm hold without being told. The girl that cam on was VERY NICE not rude figured put the problem. Thank you I didn't catch her name. But Noel oh boy.
