They close the pharmacy early due to low staffing, but a prescription cannot be transferred to another Walgreens because it’s a “controlled substance.” Pretty poor practice.

Had to wait 3 days. Phone system was down for a full day. Impossible to talk with a person (phone or in-person) without a minimum 30 minute wait. They botched my prescription and over charged me more than $100. Atrocious customer service.

I've been using this store for as long as they've been there at this location. The Pharmacy staff all know me, my complicated profile, & recognize my voice when I call. That gives their service a "small town" feel, which I appreciate.
