I have been using this Walgreens for a couple years. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I recently asked to speak to a pharmacist regarding some medications I am taking. I spoke to Miriam. She was very helpful and took the time to go over my medication list and answered all my questions.
I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Everyone in the pharmacy is very nice and the front store employees are great
If you are looking for a pharmacy you can trust then you should try this Walgreens

They didn't have any beauty products, it was strange to see the walls empty. The laundry detergent was spilled all over the shelves it was gross.

I've come to this Walgreens for years to use the pharmacy, usually I can hang through the long waits because they're polite about it. Dealing with Marie today was enough to make me switch. Someone her age and in her position should know better than to slam the phone down, roll her eyes, and throw her hands in the air when someone is asking a question. Terrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. Not worth one star. They have you waiting in line inside (and drive through) for 30 mins to an hour each time to be told that they don't have your meds in stock. Always the run around with this pharmacy.

The girl that helped me, or “tried” to help me at the pharmacy was absolutely terrible. She was rude and disrespectful and didn’t know anything about customer service. I’ve had this issue with the same girl at the same location before. I just had surgery and needed to get meds and wasn’t able to. I went hours in pain because I had to call my doctors office and have the prescription sent elsewhere since I got absolutely no help. I will never be going here again. Thanks for nothing.

Ran out of my heart failure medication, was fighting with insurance for over a week trying to get it approved for a refill. I started swelling and having severe shortness of breath again after a few days. The cash price with GoodRx at my usual pharmacy was $537, but I found it listed at $260 at Walgreens, so I decided I could wait one more day and transfer it there. They said it would be ready by 10am Thursday. I called Thursday afternoon, and it wasn't ready and they said they had to order it and it would be there and ready the next day. Next day comes, I call, and it's not ready, but they say to give them an hour to get it ready. I give them a several hours and go after work, not only still not ready, but it's $603. I can't wait another day so decide to just bite the bullet and have them fill it and go first thing in the morning to pick it up. Come as soon as they open, it's still not ready, they only have 10 pills, not 30, so now I've wasted several days without my heart failure medication, paid even more than it was at my actual pharmacy originally, and got 1/3 of the pills I need. The icing on the cake was the patronizing tech Robert arguing with me that this diuretic drug does not, in fact, help with fluid retention, so apparently I'm just imagining not being able to breathe or it's just a coincidence that the shortness of breath stopped on this medication and started again when it ran out lol. I definitely wish now, for multiple reasons, that I had never transferred a prescription here and will not make that mistake again.

Went in last night to pick up a prescription. Was told that there was in issue with my insurance and I needed to bring in a copy of it so I did. This is not a complaint about the pharmacist that helped me last night but he told me my insurance was expired and that he would leave a note for someone to call my insurance today. Waited this morning to hear back from the pharmacy only to call them and basically got complained at over the phone from the pharmacist today that “they don’t call insurance, I would have to call insurance.” He stated that to me multiple times after I told him someone told me they would call. I get it. I’m just reiterating what someone had told me so either take accountability or don’t but it’s not my fault. I’m just trying to get the meds I’ve been waited over three days for.

Darrell at the front of the store provides disgustingly rude customer service. Some serious retraining needs to happen in this store. Why would your store put someone up front that clearly despises his job and customers?

Walgreens have terrible customer service but this one may take the cake. I try to go get my meds before work and get there at 8:10am when the pharmacy opens. The pharmacy wasn’t opened.( the other day I got there at 7:25pm and again wasn’t opened but they close at 8pm) I call and am on hold until about 8:22 when they finally get in and I tell them that I tried to get my medication because today was the day it’s gonna get put back and he tells me okay we will extend it. I get off work early and I am waiting for about 9 minutes in the drive thru no one in front of me. They finally come up and say that my medication was put back even though I called and asked for it not to be put back because I tried stopping there when no one was there.

Always understaffed with long weight times even during nonpeak hours. Staff appears overworked, stressed, sometimes exasperated...no fault to their own as it appears they are working hard and try to be friendly though are often short and not as a result of the pressure/stress to complete work with speed. Patients waiting are often complaining about wait times and delays when I'm there. Drive-thru is a little better. They also said my insurance didn't pull up and told me to call to figure out why. I immediately called my insurance and verified I was active/enrolled and insurance rep advised they should have done a benefits verification call to them...which they clearly did not have time for and instead put the responsibility on the patient and wasted my time.
