They should be open from 8 AM like other pharmacies in the area. The line is usually longer than others because they have fewer staff.

My husband and I are getting a series of unusual travel immunizations and both Nicole and Charles (pharmacists) have been exceptionally helpful helping us sort out the order of getting these, the best prices and getting them in a timely manner. We’ve gone to ‘PASSPORT HEALTH’ a private immunization clinic in the past but the shots were much more expensive (sometimes double) at Passport Health. I believe this may be the only Walgreens location to have travel immunizations done and I strongly recommend them.

I do not suggest using this pharmacy. They hand you bags of medication, and if you don't open them right away, you might receive medication you do not need. This is what happened to me. I opened my bag the next morning and found that I had triple the amount of medicine that I actually needed. They never mentioned that they were giving me a three month supply. I called them and told them about the mistake. They told me because I did not return the medication the same day I could not get a refund. Go to Costco or CVS. Don't use Walgreens.

Total incompetence!Staff becomes aggressively defensive when questioned about anything!Their automated system is absolutely worthless, after receiving text and calling to let them know that you can't pick it up right away they agreed to put it in the hold bin for up to ten days and then they actually call every day to remind you!Each time you of course get another associate who explains their computer is set up for the daily reminders even though a couple of them did actually check to see it was marked for later pickup because of being out of town!So we're in the 21st century and the only way corporations want to communicate with us is on line but they can't input a message to their system of a requested pickup date?So when I get there to pickup my RXThey tell me it's been put back even though I had spoken to at least 6 people who called to remind me that it was ready and 3 of the 6 actually went to the hold bin to verify pickup date!Customer service is a thing of the past!

Clean store with great selection and some surprise bargains- I would have stayed longer and browsed for more, but I found what I came for fast . Staff at checkout was friendly and polite: I will go back

Customer Service is awful... Manager hung up on me for canceling my delivery order. They really need to not offer delivery at all at this location.

Was accused of being drunk at the Tanque Verde Walgreens pharmacy. As I entered the store I got a shower from hand sanitizer. Walgreens sets you up by giving you a alcohol hand sanitizer showers then calls you drunk refusing your prescriptions.

Horrible walgreens and employees. I just came in to get some medicine and asked for help. Of course I got the rude attitude from the girl in front which was expected. I simply went to get what I needed and was about to leave when I over heard the rude girl with a pony tail and the girl with short hair calling customers slurs and talking about their co workers and boss and calling them slurs as well. I told the manager what i heard but she just looked at me like she was angry and annoyed that I did the right thing and told her. She obviously has no intention of fixing any problems and she is probably part of the problem. No one from my family or anyone I know will be doing business with walgreens again. It is horrible to witness people abuse their freedom after so many have suffered for it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible horrible walgreens and employees. I just came in to get some medicine and asked for help. Of course I got the rude attitude from the girl in front which was expected. I simply went to get what I needed and was about to leave when I over heard the rude girl in front gossiping about customers. The girl with the pony tail and the girl with short hair were talking about how they hate working at that location and that they are "tired of dealing with these N-slurs" and "all these other people that dont belong in our country." I was disgusted at what I heard and dropped all my items and just left the store. No one from my family or anyone I know will be doing business with walgreens again. Its heartbreaking to know that people are acting like that after all the suffering we go through so people have that right to be such disgraceful people. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Whenever I visit this walgreens, I usually try to avoid any contact with the employees since the ladies are always rude and disrespectful. However my most recent visit was quiet splendid. A new young gentleman named Andrew greeted me with the nicest smile and the most inviting and respectful attitude. He personally walked me directly to what I was looking for and explained the different products and even gave me some helpful suggestions for my situation. All I asked for was the aisle number and he went above and beyond to help me out. Wish there were more employees like this in Tucson! That man deserves a raise!

This Walgreens has gone downhill over the past year.. it is NOT at all as efficient as they used to be... they need to get more help and get the prescriptions out on time for the people to use it... my doc called my meds in on a Monday and on Wed afternoon it was still was not ready...and their lunch hour why don't they take lunchs at different times so the pharmacist is always open for the people to pick up your prescriptions... Just a suggestion
