Vanessa gave me the worst customer experience I’ve ever received at a retail store in my entire life today.I came in to pay a bill using Kubra EZ pay, and had to wait for a manager since the cashier was new.The cashier instructions were generated from Kubra and were right next to the barcode I presented to them.Well after waiting for the manager she says she doesn’t know what to do and then walks off to help another customer leaving me and the cashier to figure it out.After another few minutes of waiting I’m now very irritated. She’s now telling me that they don’t accept KubraEZ pay and she wants me to prove that they do.I tell her it’s gonna take a few minutes and ask if she’s gonna walk off again. I ask why I need to jump through all these hoops as the cashier directions are clear and then she asks me to leave because I’m being rude, that she thinks I’m a scammer.Well this scammer will no longer be spending 50-100$ every single week at this store ever again.

I wanted to give 5 stars, everything here is great. Until I got my passport photos taken - they were rejected by the passport office. I you are running a passport photo service, shouldn't this be the one thing you know??

I have such a great experience with the store staff and pharmacy staff. They are very compassionate with questions to medication. Everyone is helpful and I never had to wait too long for medication. The store staff is very customer service oriented and ready to assist.

Thee best Walgreens in Tucson. My only complaint is that they're not open later or on weekends but that's ok I love them anyways cuz they're so awesome everytime I go

I’m only leaving 3-stars because the pharmacy is grossly understaffed and leaving 5-stars won’t help them get more people, which is what they need.The people who work here know my name and have my stuff pulled before I even get to the register half the time. They are friendly and do the best they can with the resources they have.The employees really are incredible. It’s disappointing to see how hard they have to work due to staff shortages. I hope they see this and know how much the community appreciates each of them!

The pharmacy does not keep common drugs in stock, and you have to call them to find out they won't be filling a medically necessary script that day. Then when you call on Monday, they tell you the pharmacy might not be open at all that week. Use any other place to fill your medicine.

Hey Walgreens, why do you make everyone that's trying to get an immunization go online and book an appointment, when you have no intention of adhering to it anyway? You seem to be determined to make life miserable for your employees as people are very angry after they show up on time and you make them wait up to 2 hours to get their vaccines. Also, The Short older Pharmacist at this store is rude beyond belief. He walked up to me while I was talking to the tech about this and made a hand gesture with his fingers like I was talking too much. Essentially he is failing at scheduling his people to accommodate appointments and people getting prescriptions. That is NOT the public's fault, it's his! He combative and confrontational and clearly is in the wrong profession if he can't keep his wits. Walgreens has created this situation and yet it continues on and on without any kind of solution. You are intentionally making people angry and then ignoring that you have a problem. Fix this! Covid is not an excuse any longer and if you think this will fix itself anytime soon, you're sadly mistaken. Things are only going to get worse since we all need boosters now. Do better!

I waited an hour for a prescription and still do not have it. I recommend going to any other pharmacy for faster service as this location is under staffed and the employees need help.

Today it took 49 minutes to pick up my prescription. First I waited 18 minutes in the drive-thru line (2 cars in front of me), then when I got up to the window I waited another 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then the woman at the window said my discount card from Bausch & Lomb was not useable for my prescription. She was wrong. She was too busy to read the card to see how to properly enter the information. She said the cost would be $272.00. I drove to a parking spot and called B&L and they told me that the drive thru person was wrong. So I then had to go into the store and wait in line again. Guess what - when the person behind the counter takes a minute to read the instructions, the cost was $40.00. Big difference. Time to move our prescriptions to CVS.

This has to be the worst Walgreens on the planet. My wife went there today to get a flu shot. She waited just over an hour. Then a couple that had signed in 20 minutes after her was called in for their shot. She ended up going to a Fry's pharmacy and only had to wait 10 minutes Avoid this Walgreens, go to CVS or any other pharmacy.

Computers there are frequently down. Submitting vaccination form online is never working requiring that it be filled out on paper again. Long waits for prescription filling and pharmacy is closed early and on Sundays and holidays
