Update: 29 Nov 23. Not sure who answers the phone but they need some training in customer service. Extremely rude. I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.I went there today to pick up my prescription and was mind-blown that the pharmacy was closed. The pharmacy is not open on the weekend. To think that a drugstore closes its pharmacy on the weekend while Fry's (a grocery store) has theirs open. It's time for me to switch pharmacies.

Brandon! Learn how to be better at your work. You look like a quiet introvert, but if you want to keep making money learn how to communicate with people. If you had time to explain to the customer behind me what is going on with MY transaction then you had time to do your job correctly. It seemed as if you were willing to steal money by not telling me I had change. I don't appreciate your work. I had a long day and you made it worse. This is a learning experience. Practice talking to your customers with care and not being weird and unhelpful. I watched 2 other transactions and you somehow managed to need help on them all. It was your ineffective communication that led to your manager needing to help you find resolve. Walgreens work on hiring people that actually work.

It’s your typical Walgreens, over worked and under paid personnel doing their best. Sadly this day in age their best isn’t enough for the customers who only think about them selves and their wants. Over all it’s a great Walgreens. My experience with the pharmacy staff exceeds expectations no drive through though.

Rude pharmacy texts. Snippy and short with their customers even when you kill them with kindness. Also quite argumentative over something as simple as clarification (I was right) regarding Covid vaccine qualifications… when I tried to explain what I read on the CDC website I was quickly interrupted and basically shushed so that she could get clarification from the pharmacist rather than simply allow me to finish speaking. RUDE AF & charger $42 for the flu shot because my insurance has lapsed. ?

The lazy employees are so bothered to have to deal with customers. Attitude from the beginning. Why do I have to make 3 trips to pick up 1 REFILL prescription, because they suck at their jobs.

I was having trouble finding the Advil PM. I found the Advil, but not the Advil PM. Becky spotted me and asked if she could help me find something. When I told her what I was looking for, she told me they had the Advil PM in a different section and took me to it. After that, I asked where the eye drops were. She took me straight to them and offered her opinion on which ones she recommended when I asked. She was very friendly, knowledgable and personable. I felt like I was talking to an old friend who just happened to work at Walgreens, even though I'd just met her. THAT is the sort of thing that will keep me coming back to the store. I believe she mentioned that they had closed the store at Broadway and Houghton and she had just started at the Golf Links store. My opinion is the Golf Links store gained a valuable asset.

I am FORCED to use Walgreens by my insurance. The whole thing is a racket. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They call and don't leave messages, they take FOREVER to fill prescriptions, the store is constantly understaffed and staff that is there is miserable, rude, and down right mean. I despise the fact I have no other choice.

Getting photos printed here is so convenient... but don't do it! They turn out so bad every time! This time there were crazy lines through all of my photos that 100% were not there before.. don't do it!

From the moment you're greeted by the both delicately opening and beautiful automatic doors to the moment you hear "thank you have a nice day," there is nothing but kindness and variety here. The store is exuberant in its decor starting with the mirrors lining the back wall, the pearl colored tiles, and efficient aisle layout promoting an "in and out" system that most importantly, makes sense (shopping has never been easier). The staff wears the classic 'Walgreens blue' colored polo shirts as well as bright and shining smiles making sure you know that Walgreens believes that each and every customer is KING.

The pharmacy at EVERY SINGLE Walgreens is an actual joke. I went in today with 4 prescriptions for my very sick son. I drop them off and only had his medical insurance card on me. After some grief I told them I'll just pay without insurance. An hour later I come back and continued to get grief about the prescription card. I was quoted over 200 dollars for the prescriptions. After letting the pharmacist know I had just picked up prescriptions 2 weeks ago and didn't have this issue at CVS I was basically treated like I was d*** and spoken down to with no help what so ever. I requested my scripts back and took them to CVS where I had no grief, was treated as an equal and paid 25 total for my prescriptions. I will NEVER step foot in Walgreens again. I was also informed by the pharmacist at CVS that Walgreens doesn't accept my insurance, which would have saved everyone hassle had they been helpful in anyway and just told me that from the beginning. Joke.
